History
Established in 2008.
Coming from my stint as the Senior Executive Chef of the Beijing Olympics. friends asked me to cater their events, specially their weddings. I soon discovered that the candy bar is starting to get popular but yet lacking some depth and scope. I mean how much candy can one have, after looking at the beautiful table it seems lacking some flavor and variety. So i decided to do may own version on a friend’s wedding by putting a twist, adding mini desserts and cake pops. The rest is history, now it also serves as a conversational piece and a photo backdrop.

Chef Ryan has been the Olympic Senior Chef, for the Beijing Olympics and has served as the Executive Chef for UC Irvine. He has served in previous Oscar, Grammy’s, after parties and has worked in Disneyland. He is an accomplished food carver and has taken his certification in Bangkok Thailand.
