I’m a retired vet and the local a local resident here in the South Tustin, and was approached recently by one of the loan officers at E mortgage capital who said he could lower my payments to a level that I thought was unrealistic, bottom line after reading the reviews and talking to the people online and in the phone i really wasn’t sure what to think, so I went down there to check everything for myself and after I left I had all the confidence in the world they would deliver what they said they would. Needless to say my rate is under 3.75, I was able to defer two payments, and I got a free appraisal.
Guys these people are the real deal these people are Motivated, and work every day 7 days a week if need be to deliver what they say they will, these people are hardworking ethical, emortgage two thumbs up

Both the broker and the owner of this company have been harassing me continuously to get me to change my review which is odd if I am NOT a customer. I contend that I became a customer as soon as I was solicited by the owner of the company and they assigned a broker to me who then requested that I provide him with written documentation of my financial viability for a loan. The Christmas vacation that the broker is referring to actually started on December 12^th according to the broker, not December 21^st as he is stating in his comments. I mentioned that I sent my last email to him on December 9^th and never heard another word from him until after my negative review on Unilocal.That’s when he told me that his Christmas vacation started on December 12^th and he didn’t get back until January and the reason was that he had a death in the family. I told him that in my business world, if I had a death in the family (which I in fact had in the past when my father passed away on December 24tth), I made sure my customers were taken care of by my coworkers rather than leaving them hanging. He made some sort of comment about not hearing from me either which didn’t make sense since I was the one who sent him the last email! All in all, I only wanted him to understand that he should have apologized for not getting back to me in a timely manner and leaving me hanging and that I could understand if he could not have extended the loan to me but that he needed to explain that to me instead of making me go through hoops to provide documentation when it should have been evident from the start that I was not eligible for said loan. Instead of just saying he was sorry for the lack of communication at that point, he made a bunch of excuses although he did eventually apologize for the lack of communication but I did not get the feeling that he was sorry for that but rather he was being forced to apologize so that I would remove my negative review. I really did not feel like he understood why he was apologizing. I really did have a poor experience with them and they kept calling and emailing me trying to get me to remove my negative review instead of trying to understand why I put it there.

I am always skeptical about re-​financing, and everything that has to do with home mortgages since the market crash more than ten years ago. However, Joe & E Mortgage were seemingly very knowledgable and educated us about how the re-​fi process has changed, Joe was patient with all our questions offering guidance about the process, and Joe & E Mortgage made the re-​fi experience smooth & easy as well as, most importantly, saving us more than $ 600 a month! We did our FHA stream line with Joe at EMortgage even though we used another lender on our initial FHA loan last year. They have us a great rate and reduced our monthly payment by about $ 300 per month without increasing the principle balance on our loan.
