I agree with Rogers review. The sales associate was simply not polite. I was very uncomfortable shopping there. Will need to find another store.

I was having trouble finding a part. None of the big chains (Home Depot, Lowes, Ace, etc.) had the right one. Several told me I could use a substitute, when it turned out I could not. Express had the right part, and at about half the cost of what those large retailers were charging for something similar. Also, very nice folks who know their business. The only thing they could have done a bit better was confirm the availability by phone, which for some reason they couldn’t do when I called. Luckily they’re in a neighboring city and I had luck by showing up.

The knob in my shower broke on a Saturday and Home Depot and Lowes didn’t have a replacement that worked with my style of Moen knob. I was referred here by a plumbing store. They sell to industry and the public. I showed up about ten minutes before they closed on a Saturday (at noon), showed the guy behind the counter my knob and some other parts I have taken off of the shower, and the guy came back with three options.
I couldn’t believe how cheap the replacement was! Although I only the knob broke the kit came with a knob, a faceplate, and a new shower head. This was all cheaper than the knob and faceplate (no shower head) kit I had bought at Home Depot, that didn’t work out. The guy even explained to me what parts I had to reuse from my shower (the internal stuff) and how the new external stuff went together. I will definitely go here first for any future plumbing fixture purchases.
