Fix On The Run Mobile iPhone & iPad Repair

I had my iPad 3 screen replaced at this store. This place does not use quality parts and their experience in fitting the screen to the backing is not good.
The first time they tried to replace the cracked screen, they didn’t bother to remove the outer liner around the screen. This resulted in a lot of burrs and excess material. I don’t know how they thought this was acceptable work. After complaining about it, they offered to replace the liner. This is the only reason they got 2 stars.
After they attempted to fix it again. The liner was unevenly fit which resulted in gaps between the screen and backing. Also the color of the white bezel was somewhat gray. It did not match the home button at all. I’m sure they use cheap materials. I would never go back to this place.

Not sure where to start, but I do not suggest anyone go to this business. I have an IPhone 6 that simply needed a replacement screen. Screen was not cracked or anything, it just stop sensing touch. So called this place thinking «hey a good price and local.» Bad idea. They took my phone and returned it to me and I noticed my screen was not properly placed, as in you can see inside the phone from the side. Called them up and they picked it up again the next day to fix their mistake which they were aware of. Got my phone back and it looked fixed, but hen I noticed my microphone for using FaceTime and Siri and the speakerphone were not operational. Then a few days later, the screen lifted up again. I was gone on a business trip so I decided to wait til I returned to call them up once again and then it got bad. Since my screen was no longer sitting properly inside the frame, it cracked and I was phone less. Returned home and immediately went to their location and informed them of their damage. Instead of repairing my phone because it was clearly their mistake, the shady owner wanted to charge me AGAIN to fix their mistake and there was no guarantee it would be fixed. So I left and I want to inform everyone of this experience. I also found out they use cheap parts that will void our Apple warranty. I suggest going literally one building over to RepairZOOM, who fixed it perfectly and guaranteed the repair. Even fixed the microphone which was due to a wire connection not being put back by this company.

Have used this company twice now, once to fix my iPhone and another to fix my iPad. Both times, they promptly came by my work to pick up the unit and returned within a few hours to drop it off. It was quite easy as all I had to do was walk down from my office to meet them in my lobby. I really like the fact that the repairs were done so quickly as opposed to some services that makes you wait one day to get your unit back. Finally, their prices are very competitive. In fact, I think they might be cheaper than some companies that makes you drive to them to drop off your unit.

I dropped my phone into the pool few weeks ago and took my broken iphone6 to Nate. My phone wouldn’t even turn on after a few days in a bag of rice so at this point I lost all hope and concluded my phone was as good as dead. But as a last resort I wanted to get it checked out professionally and I couldn’t be more glad I did. Nate was able to turn on my phone in 30 minutes (as promised) and informed me that the charging port needed to be replaced as well as the screen. I was hesitant to get a new screen because I had a temperated glass protector on it so he even added a new tempered glass screen protector for no charge. He was kind, quick, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend everyone and anyone to Fix On The Run. Thanks again Nate!

Great customer service! They come to you and will travel anywhere in Orange County. I needed a repair fast after shattering my mobile phone. They were fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Had my iPad screen replaced by Fix On The Run. The service pace and the quality of my fix was very impressive. They catered to my availability and picked up my iPad at my work location the next day and dropped it back off within 3.5 hours.

An I tech contacted me shortly and we scheduled time and meeting place which was my home. I was happy that they could schedule for later on the day I requested. Super convenient! I cracked my iPhone 4s screen after dropping it and the broken screen was actually sharp so I needed it fixed right away in order to be able to use it.
