ACCUSATORY.
My very first experience at Francesca’s was amazing. I even bought two dresses for some weddings I’m going to be attending. They have cute clothes that are lacy and light. The girl named Malaya was super helpful, and actually saved this review from being a complete dud.
However, I was going back and forth about returning one dress. So I would tried it on like 3 times in my closet to see if it looked cute. I made my decision to return it. I looked on the return policy and it read «we want you to be delighted with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will be happy to issue a refund or exchange as detailed in this policy.» So I’m like «okay sweet, they care about their customers.»
I go in to return my dress:
the lady: «anything wrong,»
Me: «no, I tried it on multiple times and I just didn’t like how it looked on me anymore.»
lady: «you’ve worn it out?»
Me: «oh no, I mean I worn it in my closet trying it on with my different shoes.»
RUDE lady then has to the audacity to say «you sure? Looks like it’s been worn.»
NO WAY?! Made me furious on the inside; but I didn’t want to argue, just wanted my money back with no fuss. She kept continuing to check it in front of me. Felt so embarrassed, and makes me not want to go back. I know you’re trying to protect your stores from real shop lifters, but SUPER rude. Not cool lady. You guys can interpret this however you want. What’s for sure is that I did not like her attitude. Turns out she’s the store manager who’s name is Adriana. If you’re reading this Adriana, you hurt my feelings.

Such a great boutique type store to browse around and find all sorts of hidden treasures and gems. Very kitschy, trendy and unique! Everything from cute «going out» clothing to casual «hanging out» attire all the way down to little nonsense knick knacks and novelty gifts. Lots of really fun jewelry to pair with outfits too.
You really can’t go wrong when shopping here! You’ll find something that you can’t resist, whether it is for yourself or a special gift for someone.

I’m totally going to butcher this girls name, but Breepa? (sorry!) was so pleasant when I went shopping here yesterday. I love this store because of all the great deals (buy one jewelry, get one half off) and the fun knick knack stuff they have. Anyways, the girl was super nice. She was helping me find what I was looking for and talking to me like I was one of her girlfriends asking about my day and what not.

Just walked in on a Sunday at 1:15. We stopped to look at a table of jewelry right by the front door. The one employee behind the counter greeted me by saying, «Ummm, we’re actually not open yet.» I asked what time they did open, as it is not posted on the window and EVERY other store has been open since noon… She said, «Well I’m counting out my drawer and then I will open.» From her tone and attitude, I guess we were not even allowed to look while she counted. Last time in there.

I’ve been to both this location and the Mainplace Mall location. This particular location is quite a bit bigger and has more stock in different items.
Their clothing is a little on the expensive side for what it is but I really like this store for their massive gift (kitschy) selection and jewelry. I’ve gotten 2 pairs of earrings from here, but that’s because I had already gotten an additional 2 pairs the week before at the sister location!
They have both dainty and statement items that I feel contains something for everyone!

I heard fantastic things about this store and couldn’t wait to try it out! After my first and LAST visit, I will never be recommending this store again. As a manager at another store, I have never seen such poor service given by anyone. With four girls working, probably shift change, you would think someone could manage to welcome me. The fact that I stood by the fitting room waiting and multiple workers passed me without saying anything is ridiculous. As if it couldn’t get worse, I HAD TO PUT MY OWN GO BACKS AWAY while these girls stood behind the cashwrap talking about iPhones. I was actually very much in love with a couple items, but was so displeased by the worst customer service that I ever received that I couldn’t think of one good reason to spend my money there.

I just moved to the area and I fell in love with this boutique the moment I laid eyes on the window display! Cutest collections from fashion to décor, even books.

Girls — Cute stuff for all the moms and grandmas in ur lives! That generation loves their jewelry and clothes and its pretty reasonable. Be careful though. I give 4 instead of 5 stars bc of their return policy.

Worst customer service given by Natalie. Last night I was in to buy a necklace and found just that. I went up to the register to purchase my item and Natalie said, «that’s it». I was appalled by her question, but even more disappointed that she threw my necklace down on the counter as if were trash. I will not be shopping at this location anymore.

I love Francesca’s. And I LOVE this location! This is by far the best Francesca’s location IMO. It’s the largest one I’ve been to and therefore has the biggest selection on items. Jewelry selection is great, general clothing is great, and they have a pretty decent sized sales/​clearance rack in the back. Every time I enter I am always greeted by the sales associates and if they aren’t busy, they normally ask if they can get a fitting room started for me!

Oh my Fran-​Fran!
I LOVE THIS place! All the funny little knick-​knacks and they totally got me hooked on the Knock-​knock stuff! They have a location on 2^nd street but this location is about double the size and merchandise and there is more parking to be had here. Park by Sur la tab in the structure and you will not have to walk all over the place. Just make a left by the four-​way pedestrian traffic and it’s on your right a little ways down.
I’m not into their clothes because even if I starved myself I wouldn’t be a size 0−2…ok 5, so I’m not so much in to the clothes. Plus they are a bit for the younger peeps! But there jewelry IS AWESOME! Just about 99.9% of ALL JEWELRY IS CUTE! They have it all from belts, to earrings, rings, bracelets, and necklaces. I like that it comes in both gold and silver (not real) and colors to match up with different outfits!
They even carry nice accessories like purses, shoes and hats sometimes! They are a GREAT place to get those little odds and ends thing s to complete your outfit, home décor, desk at work or to look a little different! I also like that they don’t get several of one item in. They only get a few so you know 20 people will not be looking like you.
There prices are SUPER REASONABLE and the staff is ALWAYS NICE and HELPFUL! Who doesn’t like a HELPFUL sales person! If you’re looking for quirky, accessories, or something a little different that won’t cost you an arm and a leg pop in here. They probably have just what you’re looking for.

Expensive for forever 21 quality clothing. Cheap, made in china, employees rude and not worth dealing with.

A step above Forever 21 and two step below Anthropologie. Everything was about five dollars more than I wanted to pay for the quality of the clothing. Example cute dress (but still polyester), $ 45 bucks.
Cute, reasonably funky but not extremely durable fabrics. I see a lot of hand washing in the future of any clothing that leaves this store. In their defense, they were having a buy one get one half off of all the clothing so I probably would have bought something if anything had jumped out at me. Their jewelry selection is ample and I found about four or five necklaces that were cute, statement style necklaces. The staff were attentive (big plus) and sweet. I would shop here again for what I like to call «throwaway pieces» that I was only concerned about wearing a few times and leave my staple items to another store.

I never would’ve known about this hidden gem, if someone hadn’t recommend I check out their jewelry for my wedding. Although I didn’t think the jewelry style was wedding-​esque, I liked the flowy materials in there and they also had cute random knick-​knacks. Prices are reasonable for the quality!

Why Francesca’s? It’s a BOUTIQUE, SILKY and TRENDY!
STYLE: Casual to nightlife clothing. I love the crazy and non-​conformist style at this store.
QUALITY: Good comparable to Zara.
PRICE: Reasonable.
P. S. I’ve been into good boutique stores lately and this is definitely my favorite one. :) I love their earring selection and sometimes you’ll find a rare piece of clothing =D
