Frank Nicholas is a seasoned civil trial attorney with over 30 years in private practice. His Orange County practice concentrates on personal injury (i.e. auto accidents, medical malpractice) as well as on non-​injury cases, including employment issues, legal malpractice, insurance disputes, and contract and consumer law.

Mr. Nicholas graduated Magna Cum Laude, with his Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York and earned his Juris Doctorate in 1977 from the University of Southern California. He is admitted to practice in California, New York, the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Also, he was a finalist at the University of Southern California Moot Court Honors Oral Advocacy Competition, received the Best Appellate Brief Award in Moot Court Honors Competition, and authored «Comparative Liability Among Joint Tortfeasors: The Aftermath of Li vs. Yellow Cab Co.»
