Madi recently shaved/​bathed my moderately long-​haired cat — who weighs 19 lbs! Spike loved her and loved the experience. I have never seen him so loving as after this grooming. It may have been because she had me stay with her while grooming Spike — he is quite a handful! But it was much quicker than other groomers I have used and he loved it — OK, so not the bath so much, but everything else! I’ll definitely use her again!

Madi is amazing! I just moved to Cali from Boston with my two Persian cats, who have a bit of catitude and are not the easiest to groom. Madi is great with them, and has a way of calming them (and their owner) WITHOUT and drugs or sedation. She is extremely knowledgeable about animals and has given me helpful tips on how to maintain their manes in between groomings. Her truck is very clean and she handles my cats like her own. Her prices are very reasonable for the time she spends and her quality of work. I feel blessed to have found Madi and highly recommended her!

Maddie from Glitterati was great. Kind, caring and has worked with animals for 20 years. I saw her spa and she saw me checking it out and came out to greet me. She fit our dog in for grooming in about an hour after I met her. Did a wonderful job. Cosmo is a shelter dog so cages and being around other dogs are not for him. He is also about 8 so this environment was good for him. Maddie also checked his teeth and showed us a little mole to keep an eye on. She was personable and easy to talk to. Not sure what’s up with that one review. Highly recommend This grooming service.

I am new to the area and needed to find a groomer to get my cat shaved into a lion cut. I could not have been more pleased with how it turned out! Madi was very professional and knowledgeable! I am beyond happy that I found her!

I absolutely love Madi! I have two dachshund mixed dogs which she takes very good care of. She is great with both of them and takes her time. They can be a pain to groom but she makes it look so easy. I’ve been using her for a couple years now and I don’t know what I’d do without her.

Madi was so gentle & did an excellent job shaving down my grumpy 11-​year-​old cat & bathing my super busy & curious 11-​month-​old kitten. I enjoyed her company as she taught me ways to keep them mat-​free & smelling pleasant between groomings. Thank you, Madi! We will be using her service again.

Wow talk about RUDE! This lady seriously needs an attitude check. I asked her to give me a quote on a cat shave down and she first asked me what city I am in. I couldn’t hear her so I asked her to repeat the question. Then she proceeded with saying «well I need to know what city you’re in» in such a rude tone. Like really? You’re going to start off the conversation with a negative vibe. There was no «how are you doing» or anything. Then I asked her what the full service includes and she repeated «shave» twice and failed to mention the eye cleaning. I asked her «what about the eyes?» and she rudely questioned back «well that’s part of the bath isn’t it?» OK lady I’m just asking. Spend your money elsewhere, she is not a good person to go to. I can imagine how she will treat my 12 year old, shy, scared cat who will probably be traumatized after being with such a mean person.
P. S. I called this company years back and she gave me the same treatment. I couldn’t recall if this was the same company when I called again today, but sure and behold, it was!

I called to get pricing for a cat grooming service and when she asked about my cat I told her he’s an 8 year old lot haired orange tabby and he’s declawed she rudely remarked «Oh I’m sorry». This was my first time calling and judging me for decisions with my own cat is extremely unprofessional. AND might I just add that I rescued him from the shelter at 6 years old and he was already declawed. So in fact I didn’t even make the decision to do so. But regardless I am paying you for service, I don’t need your snide remarks about my cat being declawed. I’m sure she does a great job and her services end up well done but I will be going else where.

Our English Bulldog is not a big fan of being groomed, but Madi is great with him. She gets him in, out and clean very quickly. I love the mobile service because she comes to our home and is focused on our pup exclusively during that time. Highly recommend her services!

Madi is a real pro and a total gem to have working on my elderly cat. She was so in tune with his need to have his heavily matted fur shaved, and she worked tirelessly with him to keep him as calm as possible. She also offered some great advice and support.

We are so thankful to have found Madi. After not so great experience at a local chain store we were on a mission to find a mobile groomer to fix our dogs do. We are on a tight schedule and Madi was the only one who was able to fit us in last minute. She was incredibly gentle with our Beau and took her time to make sure his haircut was exactly what we wanted. She understood his temperament as a rescue dog and offered great advice to us as new pet parents. We are so thankful to Madi for the services she provides and will be using her exclusively in the future. She is well worth the price which is already very reasonable.

Madi the owner/​groomer is great!!! It’s just her and your dog. Full attention for 1.5−2 hours. Cody LOVES her! It’s very reasonable too. And she does everything… Brush, cut, wash, dry, nails, ears, anal expression and he smells like baby powder. Other dogs don’t bother him and he’s not left to air dry while other dogs are getting groomed and the spa comes to you! How much better and easier can it get! I just Unilocaled mobile groomer in your current location. She is the only one out of 3 who returned my call. This was Cody’s 2^nd time with her. He absolutely loves her! We are so happy and already book his next appt before she leaves!

Madi is amazing. At the beginning, I was nervous because my (shy) 4 month old Pomeranian has been given bath’s by my husband and I, but this is the first time she was groomed. Madi was cool, kind, professional, and took the time to sit down with my Pomeranian to make her comfortable. Not only was she great with my dog, but she gave me so much advice about grooming Pomeranians. Looking forward to the next time and I highly recommend you give her a chance!

I’ve used Glitterati several times and I am thoroughly impressed! I’ve been using mobile groomers for over a year as both of my dogs are older and one has arthritis (Brownie, 13) while the other has terminal heart issues (Sugar, 15) and is nearing the end of her days. They are in no condition to be left at a grooming place for half a day or longer. I am overly impressed with Madi and the genuine care and attention to detail that she provides for them! She understands the extra comfort and gentleness that older (and sick) dogs need. She does a fabulous job on the cleaning and the cuts. She is incredibly accommodating with my schedule as I work full-​time Monday through Friday. She even shows up early and with a smile! I found with the other groomers that they would want me to try to leave work early to accommodate their schedule if I wanted to get service for my dogs-​even in a month’s time frame-​which I found completely inappropriate. Madi is always willing to be as flexible as possible to get me the service I need for my dogs when I need it. She pays extreme attention to detail while treating my dogs as if they were her own. I highly recommend using her services if you are looking at mobile groomers! I’ve used the rest and now I’m sticking to the best!

I heard about Glitterati Paw Spa through a friend of mine who does pet rescues. I was taking care of my friend’s two cats while he was away for work for a month. The cats are older and their fur was all matted and filthy. I thought it would be a good idea to have them groomed. Since they weren’t my cats, I wasn’t sure how they would react to a car ride, so I was happy to have Glitterati come to me. I cannot explain how happy I was (and my friend was when he got home) with how well they were cleaned up and had their toe nails clipped. I have NEVER seen those cats cleaner! They had a greasy feel to them before I brought them in and that was totally gone when they were finished. I would definitely recommend Glitterati’s services to anyone – especially with timid and older pets.
