Henna By Dixita

Dixita did my bridal henna and the henna for my family and friends and did a fantastic job! She is very kind, professional and easy to work with. I wasn’t sure what design I wanted, so she provided examples for me and we combined a few different ideas that turned out beautiful. Dixita is easy to correspond with and has quick follow-​up. I would use Dixita again and would highly recommend her.

Dixita came to our softball team holiday party and she was awesome! The girls all chose their designs and were SUPER a happy with the outcome. Reasonable price and great work! She was easy to communicate with. Will absolutely use her services again.

I have decided a day before EID day to do a henna design, I have contacted her by text, and she replied right away which was awesome and she is the best henna artist I have met, plus she extremely nice person, inside and out. I am definitely recommend her to anyone I met. and because she is extremely talented, beautiful personality, very professional, good price… I will go to her for any occasion!!! Love herrrrrrr!!!

Beautiful design! Very attentive and detail oriented. Used my examples and made them look perfect. Definitely a recommended henna artist.
The only thing I would say is that it’s a bit unorthodox to go to someone’s home but don’t let that distract you from the excellent work she does! Very sweet as well and has a bunch of examples to look through so you can choose the right design. She also did well with freestyle after I provided a general reference.

I am extremely picky about henna. I was beyond satisfied. It’s was quality work at a good price. She is also very nice and personable. Also extremely skilled. I’m definitely going back!

Daxita did such a wonderful job on my henna tattoo. I called and was able to make an appointment the same day. She is super flexible with her schedule and is incredibly sweet.

My friend found Dixita through Unilocal and man do I appreciate all the positive ratings that led us to her. She came 15 minutes early to our mehendi party and completed about 20 nice size designs in 2 hours. It was so amazing to see her create the designs and also copy from photos. We really appreciated her works and she made the party so fabulous with the additional glitter for the art. We had a henna party at our house and we had Dixita, I can’t help but say she was AMAZING. Dixita is so professional, she has all her material and designs ready. She has such a great collection of designs and colors that are very unique (I went to few henna parties, and by far Dixita’s collection was the most unique).
Dixita was also very sweet with everybody, she waited for people to make up their mind and was very patient (some ladies get pretty irritated with questions and lots of hesitation).
I definitely recommend Dixita if you have a party or if out just want to have a nice henna drawn for fun. Her drawings, colors and henna material are the best!

Dixtia did my henna for my wedding and it turned out to be amazing. Everyone commented on how great the henna looked. She also did henna for my bridesmaids as well. They all loved their design. Her pricing for henna is reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! She is one of the sweetest person I ever met as well. I’ve never been one to do reviews, I always keep my opinions to myself, heck I didn’t even have a Unilocal account until now, but I felt dixita really deserved one! She is amazing! She is truly an amazing artist! She was so quick as well. I had 2 pieces done one in my hand and one in my back and it took less than 30 minutes! I am a first timer and wanted henna for my wedding, and she truly made the experience a comfortable one! I thought I was going to feel awkward getting it done on my back because I had to take off my shirt but she made me feel extremely comfortable and safe! She told me how to care for it and gave me some info on what henna is and what it’s traditionally done for! Her prices were very reasonable and overall I definitely recommend her! You won’t be disappointed!

I paid 20 $ for each hand.
Ill defo recommend her to anyone who wants a professional henna designer.
Good for 3 days if you dont put your hands in detergent etc.

Look no further for an amazing henna artist! I hired Dixita to come do henna at a bridal shower yesterday, and she was beyond AMAZING! Her work is phenomenal and she is such a sweet person. All the guests loved her work and they can’t wait for me to bring her to another party very soon :)

My friend and I decided to get henna on our hands for our birthdays. After browsing through Unilocal,we decided to go with Dixita. Dixita is such a nice and pleasant person. And I like that I was able to communicate with her via text.
Upon arriving to her home for our appointment. We showed Dixita pictures of what we wanted and Dixita duplicated what she saw with ease. She’s so fast and so talented at what she does. What I love most is how reasonable her prices are.
In the end, our henna lasted about a week and it was a really fun experience for us. I can’t wait to make another appointment with her.

I am now obsessed with a two things:
1. Henna tattoos.
2. Henna tattoos by Dixita.
I opted to experience this magnificant womans henna skills over a chain-salon’s services because, well, chains suck! And needless to mention, salons like Ziba will charge a $$$$$$$ for henna tattoos.
Dixita gave me a same day appt at her home. I had a slight idea of what i wanted but i was open to suggestions which was great because Dixita has a huge portfolio of her work! She offered me water and then the fun started! There were SO many gorgeous pieces and she helped me pick designs that complimented each other. Both hands took about an hour or so. She coverered them with a lemon juice/​sugar paste to help the henna stick and absorb into the skin. (Heres a tip: I covered mine with plastic when i got home because i was sticky from the paste!) Plan on getting henna on a day when you have nothing to do but sit at home because otherwise you’ll smear and brush off the paste which will ruin the design because it needs to be in place for your skin to absorb it. The henna paste is dark and raised, leave it on for about 12 hours, wash it off. And Tada! Beautiful caramel-​colored henna designs!
Her intricate design prices are amazing. Very very amazing! Think under-​$ 50-​amazing! Cash/​check only so stop at an ATM before heading over!
I already have my next design picked out. I cant wait to go back! Love love love Dixita!
