In addition, the firm handles family law matters, including dissolution of marriage, annulments, legal separation, support modifications and prenuptial and post-​marital agreements, with Richard Heston being certified as a Family Law Specialist, only one of two attorneys in California holding dual certification in Consumer Bankruptcy and Family Law.

Board Certified as a Specialist in both Consumer Bankruptcy Law and Family Law, Richard’s practice bridges two fields of law that often overlap, with one triggering the other in many cases. With his knowledge of both areas of practice, couple with over three decades of practice since being admitted in 1979, Richard brings considerable expertise and experience to bear in resolving his clients needs.
