Established in 1939.

Founded in 1939, HKS is an international top-​five architectural firm with 28 offices worldwide, including four offices in California. Our experience includes projects located in 1,178 cities and 80 countries. The Orange County office offers interior design services with a primary focus on corporate commercial interiors. Our expertise ranges from large-​scale corporate headquarters to small departmental renovations. Our award-​winning interior design group knows how to develop and deliver a product that will exceed client expectations.

Manager

Maria Martinico, Interiors Global Practice Leader, is involved in the marketing, design and overall project delivery of all commercial interiors related projects. Her approach to interior design is based on over 27 years of experience and an understanding of the requirements related to developing truly unique and functional environments in accordance with clients’ goals, budgets and schedules. Maria’s approach to each project challenges designers, consultants and owners to establish early concepts, which determine a project’s individuality and style.

Maria has extensive experience in all phases of interior architecture and knowledge of a broad range of project types including corporate and regional headquarters, law firms, professional service firms, national account services, landlord portfolio services and healthcare.
