I Got Your Back in the OC

I’ve been going to Gina for several years now. She’s great! She always gives relief to my sore/​tight muscles.
When I was diagnosed with cancer last year, she even gave me a few free massages since she knew I wasn’t working. Such a sweet soul!
I highly recommend going to Gina for massage therapy.

I’ve been going to Gina for over 5 years, and have received probably close to a 100 massages from her. I have have tried a lot of different masseuses, and I can say that Gina is the best! She has a genuine concern for me and my well being, and knows which muscles need extra attention during a session since I see her so frequently. She can quickly assess where I am tight and where am in pain since she knows my body so well. Her passion for her profession shows through her energy and enthusiasm. My best days are anticipating a massage from Gina because I know that I will leave free of aches and pains.

I just had my first massage from Ginita, and all I can say is, WOW! She found muscles I didn’t even know needed relief! She was very in tune with my body, which is why I will definitely be returning! I appreciate her knowledge & her dedication to pain relief! I definitely recommend Ginita!

I loved my massage. Ginita has gentle but strong hands, and she knew how to get things moving in my tight and strained muscles (I work out a lot). She also talked to me about the importance of posture and alignment in preventing tightness and possible injuries.
It’s obvious that she loves her job, so the whole experience was a pleasure. I definitely recommend!

I had a lower back injury years ago and so I have been managing pain (to avoid surgery and pain medication dependency) for years with physical therapy, chiropractic, yoga and sports massage. It is an expensive endeavor! I am always looking for deals to help my budget. I stumbled upon Ginita through a Groupon. Honestly, I now believe she is an Angel who came to save me from my back pain. I am difficult to please when it comes to massage. SHE IS AMAZING !! I was really sore after the first massage, but I slept better and woke up the next day virtually pain free. I have been back to her for three more massages and I am a true believer in her talent and skill. Sometimes massage therapists are less effective than the first time, not so with Ginita! I feel better and better. It’s like she knows exactly where to work and how to help me. And the best part is her rates are beyond reasonable so I can justify more visits. I’m so grateful and highly recommend her — just don’t take my appointment time slots!

I just had my third, 90 Minute Sports Massage with Gina at I Got Your Back in the OC! I’ve been dealing with muscle tension in my neck and back for 7 years now. I have had 4 different physical therapist/​massage therapist and Gina beats them all! Not only does she give a killer massage, but she is experienced and knowledgable. She even spent an extra 30 minutes with me making sure I was doing exercises correctly. I can already see an improvement!

Just got a 90 minute sport massage from Ginita today and I must say I am very impressed after the session is done. She really looked deep where the troubled areas are at, and she knows what she’s doing. I highly recommend her. Very personable, and even gives you tip with stretches where you have problems.

Being worked on by Ginita is a soothing and relaxing experience. I go for the 90 minute session so to get the max effect. I leave feeling wonderful and less wound up. I would recommend her to anyone looking to get targeted tension relief to an all around just feel good massage.

I have been seeing Ginita for about 1 ½ months now regularly (total of 4 or 5 sessions now). I play sports and lift weights regularly for my exercise, I’m a chiropractor and personal trainer for work — so my body takes quite the beating! Getting a massage is not necessarily my time to «relax», but rather a therapeutic session in the sense that sure, it can be uncomfortable and tender along my muscles, but what she’s doing is breaking up adhesions, getting in deeper to muscles than just regular stretching or foam rolling therapy and allowing my muscles, ligaments and joints to continue staying strong and mobile so I can continue to do the kind of work I do, and keep enjoying my recreational activities and workouts without pain or injury. I have noticed a moderate improvement in my range of motion and athleticism after our last massage. Each time I have her focus on different area of my body which are tight since it’s difficult to get everything taken care of in one hour in one session. She’s been great so far, finds the areas that need a little more attention and helps release the tension in those muscles. Just this morning, I requested she work on just the arms and legs — they were feeling tight from this week’s work schedule, workouts and sports, and right away I felt significant relief. Very soon, however, I’m going to schedule a full body Swedish massage to treat myself to an hour of just pure relaxation! If you have not seen her yet, please do so! It will do your body good.

I’m so impressed with the attention Ginita gave me during my massage. I explained my sports injury to her and she not only worked on that, she made sure to focus equally on everything else that needed the extra attention. She is VERY knowledgeable when it comes to the human body and even made recommendations on how to help fix my posture. The morning after I went and saw her, I received a text from her asking how I was feeling. I can tell she truly cares about helping people and she is very thorough and likes to make sure she does the job right!

Ginita is my favorite Massage Therapist. She knows how to really dive deep into my pain points, specifically my shoulders from old football/​baseball injuries… ask her about booking online through MINDBODY, which makes it so convenient to book! She is on the Mobile app called MINDBODY CONNECT a free download in the app store. She also has a wonderful attitude and personality… I highly recommend booking with her! :)

Ginita is a massage genius. I have a really tight lower back and also my neck and shoulders are always tight and sore because I work at the computer. She magically finds the places to work with a touch of her finger. She knows just where my issues are and works them out with ease. She’s a great person and makes you feel totally comfortable. I highly recommend her massage services.

As a hairstylist standing on my feet all week, I always look forward to my massages with Gina! She is very knowledgeable of the muscles and thorough with her massages, not to mention professional yet personable. I always leave feeling less tense and stressed! I have recommended her to friends and would definitely recommend her to anyone else in need of a good massage!

I have been to many massage therapists over the past 15 years (dozens) and when I found Gina a few years back she was the one that I keep coming back to. I can’t compliment her enough on her ability to find troubled spots and work them out. She can find knots I didn’t even know I had! I work out 7 days a week and with her massages I found I could do much more training. She is very professional and utilizes her formal education in muscles and the body well in her approach to massage.

This was my first massage experience. Ginita knew that going into it. She was great with me. Most importantly made sure I felt comfortable. I was having back issues (mainly lower back) and I left feeling refreshed. It was a great experience for me and I will definitely be back.
