I came 2 months ago and the short hair lady did my arms and and eyebrows in $ 25, and I checked my bank statement just to make sure I was correct. I came today just for arms and a different lady charged me $ 30, which I was willing to pay but I simply stated how much I paid last time and she became so rude and told me I was lying and trying to «get away with paying less.» My arms are extremely red and bumpy which has never happened before, I’ve been waxing my arms since 10 years old. She also used an already used cloth on the first patch and expected me not to notice. Won’t be coming back here ever again.

I’m impressed every time I come! Their is typically a bit of a wait but it is so worth it, in my opinion. Each of the ladies I have are very friendly and meticulous! I w ill come back again and again!

Stopped by during my lunch break for a quick cleanup. Thought it would be quick because they weren’t busy and there was only one person ahead of me who was in the process of getting her eyebrows done. I waited more than 20 minutes before it was my turn. Very slow and customer service is not great.

I came here early in the morning on a Saturday because my usual threading salon wasn’t opened for another hour. Having great reviews on Unilocal,I thought why not try it out. The girl who did my brows kept snapping the thread on me. She also didn’t do a great job cleaning it up either because there were still pieces of hair. My left eyebrow was waaaaaay more thin than my right side and it looked so uneven. I usually don’t breakout when I thread but this time I did and it was not the business.

Love my eyebrows when they are done here! Great price too. I recently moved but still find myself coming here, because nothing in south county is as great as this (i’ve tried 3 so far).

Best place ever! Jasmine is super duper nice and always remembers me! I love that after 10 visits you get one free too! So make sure you get a card for them to stamp each time you go in!

It’s not worth coming here. These employees look like they are so miserable working here. I’ve been to a lot of other threading places and I’ve never seen one that treats their customers so rude. They would make you wait for over an hour and not apologetic about it.

This place made me wait for over an hour! I signed in and they took someone else who just walked in without an appointment. I told them and they gave me a very bad attitude and didn’t seem to care that I have wasted over an hour waiting!
I will NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN! They are not even that good here anyways. It was just close and convenient to my house.

Update: I can no longer recommend this business. I actually stopped coming here a few months ago but was in a rush today and this was the closest place by my work. I came in with full bushy eyebrows — they haven’t been touched in over a month and came out with uneven skinny eyebrows. After the first round of threading from Jasmine, I noticed that my right eyebrow was uneven. Instead of a straight line across my brows, there was a chunk of hair at one spot (looked like a hill). I asked her to fix it. She also ended up threading more of my left eyebrow and now that eyebrow is so skinny in the front and also skinnier than my right eyebrow. The arches are a complete mess too. Honestly I was very disappointed since they were so good to my brows the first time I came here. Since then it’s just been downhill and I haven’t been satisfied with my brows (I’ve been here at least 15 times). I will never return here for my brows.

They do an incredible job at threading and tinting my eyebrows! I never go anywhere else. The ladies here are very sweet and great at what they do!

Really good service and very quick. Always empty. I don’t remember the girl who did my eyebrows but she had curly hair, maybe Elizabeth? Can’t remember but she did an excellent job! And they have a stamp card :)

Update — thanks to my wonderful bank, Union Bank of California, I have been refunded $ 27 for being double charged at this god awful business. Absolutely no thanks to Lena, you horrid woman, and I use the term woman loosely. Since Lena refused to refund me, said my bank statement showing proof was invalid, said I made it all up, called me trash, and yelled at my son, I filed a claim with my bank and reported her to the better business bureau. Lena, if you are reading this, your insults to me are more of a reflection of yourself, and your business. Without your customers your business is nothing, so maybe you should treat them with respect. And I’ve got one more word for you: KARMA.

It really is super peaceful here. When you walk a really calming, soothing atmosphere kind of envelops you. And they have chocolates at the counter ;)
I took away one star though, because I feel like $ 15 for brow & lip is a bit pricey — but that may just be because I’m from the SGV. I also pay no heed to brow shape since I mostly thread to clean up and draw in my eyebrows, but I did notice that they ended up a bit thin. Asian brow problems. Sigh.

Got my eyebrows threaded here today during my lunch break. I didn’t have time to go to my usual spot in Tustin so I thought I’d give this place another try. The first time I came here my eyebrows were not very even, but I thought maybe it’ll be better the second time around. DEFINITELY NOT. Went in and I was helped right away. I got the same lady from last time and I asked to keep the same shape. It seemed as though she was spending a lot more time on my left eyebrow than my right but didn’t think much of it but as soon as she showed me my newly threaded brows in the mirror I saw that my eyebrows were horribly uneven and my eyebrows became extremely angular. I have an even worse RBF now.
After I got over the shock of my horribly threaded eyebrows, I asked her to even out my eyebrows. She took a look at them for a few seconds and did not seem to understand what was wrong with them. I pointed it out to her and she said oh ok… I’ll take a little off of the right inside corner. Then she proceeded to take more hair off of BOTH sides. At this point, I just wanted to get out of there. She clearly did not see that my eyebrows looked like it belonged to two different people. She darkened my brows for me, I paid and I left.
Now it’s going to take me twice as long to shape and fill in my eyebrows. I was better off leaving them unthreaded or even doing it myself!

This place is great! I stopped by to get my eyebrows waxed as I don’t like threading. I don;t really have a natural arch and so usually I just clean up around my eyebrow. The lady doing my wax told me she would try to give me a little arch and it was by far the best eyebrow waxing experience I have ever had! She did a great job and made a little arch and my eyebrows looked great!
They are also very reasonably priced (much better than the benefit brow bar by far!) and have a frequent stamp card.

UPDATE Jasmine did my eyebrows this time and not a drop of blood to be had! I will always book with her as she take her time, is gentle and make my arch perfect!

Wow. Just went into this place again and LENA recognized me from the negative review I had written previously. She accused me of using the «F word» the last time I came in. I absolutely did not use the «F word» and even if I had we are all adults here. Calm down. She then began a circular conversation with me about how she is unable to take appointments because blah blah blah and that she has been in the business for 20 years and knows exactly what she is doing. She said that my negative review is hurting her business. I think that the only person hurting her business is herself. If she really worked in the industry for 20 years she would know that no one wants to wait 1 hour during off hours on a weekday to get their eyebrows done.
Additionally, I feel that LENA is not properly trained to thread eyebrows. The only person that I feel is skilled to do eyebrows at this place is Jasmine. I notice every time I come in that most repeat customers will wait for Jasmine instead of having LENA do their brows right away. The one time I came in and Jasmine was not available and I had LENA do my eyebrows, I was extremely disappointed. She missed about half the hairs and left a small cut on my eyelid. She could tell I was upset so she told me to come back and see Jasmine. I am not sure if LENA is the owner or not, but she absolutely does not know what she is doing and in my opinion her business is only doing well because it is the only option within a 10 mile radius. Will not be returning here again and I would not recommend that anyone go here.

AMAZING!
At my previous place, I asked if my lady can make my eyebrows even, and she didn’t. She didn’t do a good job cleaning around.
The lady here was super super nice. I asked if she can shape my eyebrow a bit shaper and even. She did that perfectly and cleaned the surrounding area very well. I also asked bout hair growth, and she told me about different products that I can buy. Not to say she smelled super nice too.
Real cheap considering the quality.
