James Technic Remodeling

James is awesome! i have worked with many contractors in the past and he and his workers are as good as it gets. he makes sure the jobs are kept clean and done right.
i added many items as we went along and some contractors seem to view additions/​changes as a problem; these additions and changes were never a problem and were addressed with a positive attitude.
i added walls, filled in niches, added LED lights throughout the house along with extensive plumbing work. everything passed San Clemente inspection on the first try.
as others have mentioned he is honest and am glad i found his company.

One more great renovation by James and his son, and another happy customer with a success story here! With a limited time to prepare our new investment property for quick rental, James and his team managed to finish our renovation ahead of schedule. There were electrical, plumbing, flooring, paint, and even some unexpected plumbing issues not mentioned in our home inspection report but it was corrected within our timeline. James works with integrity and is a great problem solver. Highly recommend him and his team for remodeling!

James Technic was recommended by OC Kitchens who did a great job replacing my flooring. When my Disposal went on the fritz, I was desperate for a good electrician being concerned this was a circuit breaker issue James was here in less than 4 hours, found the issue and completed the repair in 15 minutes. I then asked him about my kitchen lighting and he gave me a quote and showed his prior work on an iPad. In 24 hours his crew completed that job and we couldn’t be happier. James Technic is very professional, reasonably priced, and provides those finishing touches that make it all perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to call James Technic again for any remodeling project.

James Technic and his Son are a class act from start to finish! Their team come in uniform, are polite, respectful, honest, direct, and know everything there is to know about construction. They were working as subcontractors for a larger company I had hired and I wished I had gone with them direct — especially after a different subcontractor nailed my granite counter tops to my cabinet drawers! I was ready to fire the managing company and James Technic & Son saved the day, completing my entire kitchen installation, plumbing, resurfacing and painting all in 4 hours! Everything Flawless!!! James refused to do anything for the managing company that wasn’t up to code! He moved a gas pipe in the wall because he said running a line through the cabinet, as suggested, was just not safe or up to standard. He also alerted me to water damage from a pipe leak in my living room while working in my kitchen and had me call our home insurance, saving me thousands of $ in potential damage. His experience is immediately evident. They do every aspect of contracting work. For financial reasons, I had to go with a company that sent 3 – 4 different construction teams, mostly shoddy, through my home. James demands a very high standard of performance and conduct from his team and the difference they made was so immediate I was stunned! This team deserves your business! Please give it to them. Its too bad they can’t be cloned…
