Customer Service like Joovy’s does not exist anymore. I wrote to them to inquire where I could purchase replacement parts for my sippy cups and they responded within minutes and shipped me the parts I needed for free the next day. I was blown away as I expected to purchase the parts and did not expect such timely and above average customer service. I will be a loyal consumer and company advocate going forward!

Charlie provided awesome customer service, answering all my questions and letting me try out all the strollers. There was no pressure and he even put it together for me, when one of the wheels looked stuck, he just built another one right there for me! Oh and 50%-75% off retail is awesome too. :)

I went and got a joovy groove ultralight graphite today. I could not be happier with the service I received or the price I paid. The stroller I purchased had been at a trade show. They do not represent these strollers as brand new and they are not priced as though they are for that reason. They are NOT junk no one wants as stated in another review. I will be back to get another stroller or other products from this company. They have a large line of versatile strollers including joggers, chariots to tow with your bike and two seaters. If you aren’t picky about color you can get an amazing stroller at an amazing price from Charles.

I like the products but their customer service is much to be desired. I had a coupon code from a trade show. I had made my purchase and then realized that I forgot to add one item. When I called back to add it to my order, the person I talked to said they would get back to me. They never got back to me. I called them back 3 days later only for them to tell me that they could not honor my coupon code, even though I called with in an hour of making my purchase. They did offer me ½ the original discount. I was disappointed, but ended up getting a better deal somewhere else.
