By far, beyond any doubt, kneading massage is my favorite massage place. I receive the best service I’ve ever experienced. I have been a fitness coach for the past fifteen(15) years. Believe me when I say — I know what a great sports massage is and what is not. The people here know best what they’re doing. They are professional, experienced and they care about their customers! These massage therapists are knowledgeable, communicative and deliver results! They will make each person feel important & the persons needs/issues will be addressed. This place is personal, convenient, pleasant and professional. Most important– the massage itself is wonderful, amazing & definitely needed by us all ;) Shirley

Best in the OC. I was referred by a friend a few years ago i have never looked back. My sports are Kickboxing, Boxing etc. they take its toll but Jose gets me right back on track. if you like deep tissue or have issues others can not fix give them a try.

Received a complimentary massage courtesy of my enrollment in my bootcamp and I really enjoyed my massage. Jenny was my masseuse and she provided enough pressure but not too much where it was painful, where you couldn’t relax and enjoy the time. She gave me a little sample of the hot stones and it was great and I only wished there was more time with the hot stones. She didn’t try to stiff me on the time and went the full amount even though it was free. It was great way to end a hard workout at bootcamp especially on a rainy day.

This was my first Western massage so I did not really know what to expect. Of the many massages they offered, I picked the Swedish massage since that is the most basic and most popular of them all. Maybe I am used to the rough Asian ladies at those Asian foot massage places(actually it is ½ hour foot, ½ hour body), but I thought Jenny was a little too gentle. I kindly requested her to use more pressure, but I still thought it was a little weak. I could feel that she worked extra hard on the few kinks that I had on my back and neck. I didn’t even know those existed until she worked on it. At the end of the massage, I did not feel like I was walking on clouds. I expected a super deep sleep that night, which usually happens after I get a massage, but I rested like normal. The place shares a complex with a gym so I could hear a lot of people walking around, and doors opening and closing. The music they played was not very relaxing. Overall, I got a decent massage, but it is forgettable and I would not pay big bucks for it.

Just got my awesome massage yesterday from Kneading Massage! I gotta say, the fact that they do customized massages really made it for me. I’ve been having lower back pains for over a year now so naturally, I told the staff at Kneading Massage that my back was the area to focus on. Jenny worked on my lower back and did a combination of sports/deep tissue massage that really loosened me up. When I first got there, I was a bit nervous since I was 10 minutes late for my appointment, however, everyone was laid back and we didn’t run into any problems. Didn’t have to worry about cancellation or rescheduling which was awesome! They got me ready really fast and before I knew it, I was in a state of Nirvana. I gotta hand it to the people at Kneading Massage for the time and effort they took in massaging me. Jenny had great insight and provided me with a lot of tips and pointers in maintaining my body.
