We offer experienced and dedicated legal representation with an emphasis on personal service and results. We handle a wide range of family law matters.

Our firm practices exclusively in divorce and family law matters in Orange County. Attorney Donald P. Bebereia is an experienced negotiator and trial lawyer with 35 years of family law experience. Mr. Bebereia is a Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California. Less than one percent of all practicing attorneys in California are Certified Family Law Specialists.

Business Owner

Mr. Bebereia received his BA from the University of California in 1975 and his Juris Doctorate (JD) from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1978. He was admitted to practice in 1978 and has practiced family law for the 37 years since being admitted to the bar. He practiced as a sole practitioner from 1978 through 1999, when he became one of the founding partners in Naughton & Bebereia, LLP. When Mr. Naughton left the partnership to become a Superior Court Judge in 2002, Mr. Bebereia took over the firm and returned to being a sole practitioner. Mr. Bebereia has sat as a judge pro tem, presiding over family law cases in Los Angeles County Courts and has been appointed as Special Master in family law cases by several judges in Orange County. He was both trial counsel and appellate counsel in the published case and opinion in Marriage of Johnston, which clarified California law regarding annulments based upon fraud.
