History

Established in 2008.

Ghassan O. Hasan established his own law practice in 2008 with a commitment to providing clients throughout Southern California with access to the highest level of legal representation, without the ever escalating hourly fees of the larger firms. Before starting his own law firm, Mr. Hasan practiced in the litigation departments for two outstanding law firms in Los Angeles, including one of the première real estate and community association law firms, Richardson Harman Ober PC.

In practice since 2003, Ghassan Hasan is an experienced litigator who has successfully represented individuals, private and public entities in a variety of disputes involving general torts, real estate and corporate law. Prior to opening his own law firm, Mr. Hasan practiced civil litigation with two well respected law firms in Los Angeles. Mr. Hasan attended Howard University School of Law on a full tuition scholarship. Prior to law school, he obtained a Masters Certificate in Public Policy from the University of Maryland and his Bachelors Degree in Political Science and History from UCLA. Mr. Hasan resides in Irvine with his wife, Somer, and two children, Laith and Helena.
