Jeremy Goldman is a Certified Specialist in Criminal Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, Jeremy Goldman effectively defends individuals charged with crimes in State and Federal court. While focusing on the defense of white collar crimes, Jeremy has successfully represented both adults and juveniles on a variety of criminal charges, ranging from DUI to homicide.

History

Established in 2007.

Mr. Goldman served as a senior level trial lawyer for the Orange County Public Defender’s Office for 11 years. In that role, he also trained and supervised other attorneys in criminal defense. As a member of the California Public Defenders Association, California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Orange County Bar Association, as well as a 2006 graduate of the Death Penalty College, he has the depth of knowledge necessary to formulate an effective and skillful defense on behalf of his clients. In 2007, Mr. Goldman left the Public Defender’s Office to establish his law firm. He still devotes 100% of his time practicing criminal defense work on behalf of is clients.
