Leigh’s response time was impressive. She was comfortable communicating by text, phone, or e-​mail, which made things so much easier for those of us with full schedules.
Leigh was extremely pleasant to work with, maintained a great attitude, anticipated potential snags and proactively addressed them before they became real issues.

Leigh was phenomenal to work with and was very persistent in making sure the lending process went as smooth as possible for my wife and I. She did very well dealing with my aggravation and was a great sounding board. It was the first time my wife and I went through the closing process together for a home here in CA and Leigh was extremely helpful with coordination and just plain good advice. Special shout out to the early stages of the process where she helped us fill out the pre-​qualification application over the phone (rather than email and have me fill out uncertain items during a stressful time) and coming up with creative ideas to quickly improve our overall credit score and obtain the best mortgage rates as possible. Leigh is amazing to work with. She helped my boyfriend and I with the purchase of our first home. She responds to all emails with exceptional speeds — even after «normal» business hours. She even responded to emails while she was on her vacation!

Working with Leigh was a pleasure. She was so proactive that I never had to call and ask what was going on with my loan because she always called first. She answered every question, followed up to make sure I understood and met me wherever I was. She never asked that I come to her, which was extremely nice since I was purchasing a house in Orange County but was living in Riverside, CA and her office is in Irvine. Leigh also is a genuinely nice person who really cares, this would made very apparent when she would in call and check in just to see how I was doing since I am new to California. Leigh was awesome to work with. Our loan was not an easy transaction because of a previous short sale on my credit record. Even with that, she was still able to get us a very competitive loan rate on our new home in Laguna Hills.
Being in the business of sales, I will often compare a person’s work ethic to my own. Leigh is about as hard working as one can get. She worked around the clock and I knew I could get a response from her at just about any time of day. Although I knew she had several other loans at the time she was working on mine, it almost seemed like I was her only customer because she worked so hard to address my questions so promptly.
