When I was a kid I was diagnosed with scoliosis. The doctor’s recommendation was for me to wear a contraption to help straighten my spine. It was 1980-something and technology was only so advanced. If I wore this contraption, it wouldn’t have been discreet and there was no was no way I’d wear it to school. As far as I was concerned the curvature wasn’t that noticeable and I could live with it. From elementary school thru high school I wasn’t very active when it came to exercise. I was the kid that walked around the track, while most kids ran in gym class. Through college and in the workforce my laziness continued when it came to fitness. At 33 years old it finally dawned on me. I got fat. For the next ~11 years I made it a point to eat healthy and exercise regularly. I spent an average of 2 hours a day at the gym. And when I was home, I’d exercise there as well. I ended up losing a considerable amount of weight going from a 38 to a 32″ waist. I accomplished quite a lot and my transition to becoming super fit was apparent. Here’s the problem! · As a kid I ignored my scoliosis diagnosis. · I was never supervised by a certified trainer when I got serious about fitness. · There were times where I couldn’t turn my head, because my neck was so sore. · Bending over to pick something up was excruciatingly painful. · I never listened to my body when it was screaming that it needed a break. · I pushed myself too far and I needed help. My fiancé has been seeing Dr. Sandhu regularly since 2007 after she was in a car accident. She assured me that he would try to help bring some normalcy back into my life. For the first two months Dr. Sandhu was adamant about me taking time off from the gym. During that time, I saw him at least 2 to 3 days a week. Through a series of adjustments(and massages elsewhere) I slowly started to feel better and got much of my mobility back. He gave me the green light to go back to the gym, but to take things slow and to make it a point to stretch before and after my workouts. I did. And still do. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Sandhu for almost 10 months now and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I am in a much better place physically and mentally. Of course there are still those days where I’m not feeling 100%, but overall I do feel so much better. If you’re currently in some sort of physical discomfort and you’re seeking the services of a chiropractor, Dr. Sandhu can help you in the same way that he has helped me and my fiancé. Good luck!

Are you in pain? Do you have stress? Then you must go to this chiropractor! I have been a patient of Dr. Sandhu’s for 3 years now. I was first recommended to him when I was in an automobile accident. He was extremely thorough during my examination and made sure he covered everything. He found I had injured my neck, shoulders and back. His treatments helped me get back to myself, and made me feel even better than before the accident. He adjusted my neck, upper and lower back and my hips. He helped with my sciatica pain, my headaches, and leveling out my hips. Dr. Sandhu took the time during each appointment to speak to me about my progress. He is kind, patient and extremely good at his job. I continued to go to him for maintenance, because my body feels aligned and stronger after each session. I definitely recommend Dr. Sandhu to anyone looking for a detail oriented, superb chiropractor who gives you personal attention and really does make you feel better and gives you real results!
