Through her proven, posture correcting rehab program, Dr. Edlund and her team have successfully treated thousands of people who had been diagnosed with many illnesses including arthritis, back and neck problems, fibromyalgia, headaches, chronic pain, carpal tunnel, allergies, acute injuries, chronic fatigue and TMJ (jaw problems). Dr. Edlund received her Doctorate degree with Magna Cum Laude honors from Southern California University of Health Sciences (formerly L.A.C.C.)

Dr. Edlund started private practice in 1997, and currently is the clinic director and founder of one of the fastest growing clinics in Orange County. OC Back & Body Doctors is truly one of a kind. We are a one stop shop of multiple health care professionals working together to help guide patients to make healthier lifestyle choices and achieve a higher level of wellness. Dr. Edlund keeps up her education by attending numerous health and wellness conferences throughout the country. An update: now my lawyer has been trying to get a hold of them for weeks, and no luck. I suspect there is some shady business going on there. Highly suspicious when a healthcare company won’t even answer phone calls from a lawyer.

This review is long over due, but I want to help others from making the same mistake I did. I attended OC Back and Body a few years ago for chronic back and headaches. The one doctor was really nice and professional, as well as the PT, but what disturbs me the most is the fact that I ended up spending hundreds of dollars on supplements, shakes, and snack bars that were suppose to help me get better. At the end I didn’t get better and decided to stop going. It was my mistake for not doing more research, but when you are in chronic pain you just want some relief. Don’t waste your money on supplements unless you truly need them and always get a second opinion.

This Body Care center is very well rounded. I feel they do a great job of providing care to I wide range of health needs are for an individual. They have lots of equipment and exercise tools, but keep integrating more tools. I originally came here for chiropractic care, but the office is more like a physical therapy office.
My body has received lots of chiropractic care in the past, but it really needed some attentive physical therapy type attention. This office really helped me target those issues and pay greater attention to them in a different way. The end result = Great Results! I’ve improved and keep getting healthier.
The front desk staff is so friendly, and the customer service levels are top-​notch. I feel Ty (the masseuse) is too good at what he does, maybe a physical therapist in disguise? And Dr Dunkley is such a precise and soft handed chiropractor. I love the service, 18 visits strong! Thanks to all you employees at OC body and back health care center!

They really do go above and beyond expectations for all their patients! They’re all friendly and genuine people that can help you real heal and live with less pain til you become virtually pain free.
I work in a very stressful industry, and I’ve foolishly sacrificed my health by becoming a workaholic who neglected his well being. I’m half way through my 12 week treatment plan and I’ve had significantly less pain in my neck and shoulders and have more movement and flexibility throughout my entire body. I have more energy and I’ve greatly improved my posture.
The entire staff is pleasant and friendly! Brittany will have my check in card ready before I even get in the door when she hears my car. Jessica will always greet everyone with a smile, and will get you set up with any and all of your supplies for home therapy, and will also get you through all your medical tests and treatments with the NP (Nurse Practitioner) Maria Padilla or Dr. Balbas who have a great bedside manner and a wealth of knowledge.
Thai is a great CMT and he will get your muscles warmed up and relaxed before your adjustment. He can also offer tips for different warm ups and exercises that will really pinpoint problem areas and help with your type of pain.
Dr. Dunkley and Dr. Edlund are great at what they do and can make you feel relaxed enough to get a proper adjustment that will make you feel like a new person!

I felt it necessary to update my review as my first review was based on a poor experience.
I feel the true measure of a business is not how perfect they are but how they handle a situation when things don’t go right.
In this case the business stepped up and contacted me to correct my issues. I was contacted by one of the proprietors and they wanted to discuss my experience. There was never any attempt at justification. Come to find out that due to my experience there had been some policy changes made to ensure more people wouldn’t experience the same issues. After conversing for a while, they offered to refund me for some of the services I had paid for but not exactly received. Toe this was a huge post oboe and shows how important their customers are to them. They didn’t have to do anything for me but wanted to take every step to make sure I was satisfied and would continue to use their services.

I’m a squeamish person when it comes to chiropractic adjustments — in fact, the adjustment I received here was my first ever chiropractic adjustment. So when my friend cornered me into getting one after being in severe pain for a week after a bad workout, I was very apprehensive.
First off, this is a wellness clinic so they do more than just chiropractic adjustments. The office is clean and very welcoming. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I didn’t wait long to be seen, which was nice.
I had my adjustment done by the nicest chiropractor. Dr. Dunkley was very patient with addressing all my concerns (no, chiropractic adjustments won’t paralyze me; no, he can’t «accidentally» break my neck; no, it won’t cause extreme pain). He’s very gentle and talks you through the state of your back (mine was in «guard» mode, which is part of the reason I was in such pain), what’s going to happen and why. He explains about the cracking sounds (it sounds worse than it is — when it cracks, all I felt was my muscles relax and my bones go back in place). And any treatment I wasn’t comfortable with, he didn’t pressure or guilt me into getting. All of my fears and apprehension melted away from this visit. He manually adjusted me and oh my goodness did I feel better afterwards! I can’t wait to get another adjustment with Dr. Dunkley.
If you’re a chiropractor newbie, I highly recommend you ask for Dr. Dunkley. Definitely coming back!

When I first came into OC Back and Body my back and neck were in so much pain from my 9 – 5 desk job that I could barely move. I’ve had carpal tunnel for several years due to my computer job and have I contemplating getting surgery for my wrist. I am soooo Thankful that I came into OC Back and Body when I did because I will no longer have to have any surgery. Dr. Dunkley has done some amazing treatment and fixed the curve in my neck. I never knew about getting Trigger Point Injections before, but they have been an absolute life saver. My before and after Xrays are insane and i can’t believe I waited so long. They have also given me some take home medical equipment so I can do my home exercises. The Tens Unit (portable stim unit) is perfect because I can do it while I’m just watching TV or even take it with me whenever I travel. They were even able to give me an Allergy Test (I have HORRIBLE ALLERGIES) and I’m now able to get weekly injections for all my allergies and it is sooo nice to not to be sneezing all the time!. It seriously has been a one stop shop for me. The office is very modern and ALL of the staff are so helpful and polite and they make you feel like family. I’m so thankful that I became a patient and I would recommend them to everyone.

So we got a flyer at work that they were offering free 5 min chair massages in the lobby from 1130-​230. They came a couple times this month. The first time they came I was too busy all day to go down and wait. So today at 2pm I thought what the heck Ill go down. I filled out the paperwork, got the hard sell about how awesome they are etc etc. I explained I have Kaiser… not able to just go where I want. Then it’s all about how they have low out of pocket etc. No such thing when you’re already paying for insurance somewhere else. So I decline the ‘free consultation’ and sit waiting for 20 min. So then around 2:18 the girl calls me up and says oh we have an emergency and have to leave so you’ll have to come back monday. I tell her I’m not going to be here on Monday, she says well it’s a directive from the dr we have to leave right now. What? So you can’t do one more massage that will take 5 min of your time? Are you THAT important? I mean there must be plenty of employees in your 5000 square foot bldg you bragged about. Non apologetic and honestly couldn’t have cared less. Glad I didn’t agree to anything I’m sure based on some reviews they are more about selling than caring. No thanks.

Here at OC Back And Body Ty knows how to find the discomfort spots on my shoulder and lower back. I’m doing a rotator cuff rehab program and the process is slowly helping my shoulder. I spend 3 days of the week here for treatment with Dr. Dunkley and Dr. Britton. Dr. Britton is a fantastic Doc. I feel like he has eyes in his fingers. Very busy doctor but he knows what he’s doing.

Have you ever been in so much pain that you couldn’t turn your head? That’s how I was yesterday when I went into OC Back and Body Doctors. I had the GREAT fortune to have Ty, their Massage Therapist, work on my back and shoulders. I’m very critical of massage therapists and can quickly tell the good from the bad. Rarely do I encounter GREAT!
Ty was one of those massage therapists who is GREAT! He clearly cares about his patient, has become skillful with his craft and knows myofascial release techniques. I felt so much relief when I left there because I was pain free for the first time in many years. I will go back to OC Back and Body Doctors again.

This place is a JOKE… (If you have REAL Back Problems)… Dont go to this place! Save your Time!!! Been seeing this «Dr» Britt for a couple of months and I’ve gotten more injections than I have gotten in my entire life! Don’t EVER go to this place if you’re in ANY kind of PAIN. …They take advantage of that to get you sign on the dotted line! He sold me on his SELL pitch, and his natural healing crap! But… All I got was A Bunch of Injections, Another Dr. Trying to Convince me to have some type of surgery on my back, a bunch of unprofessional group of girls at the front desk, and I am worse now than when I walked in there! I finally got fed up with this «Quack Dr.» After I walked in for my appointment Friday and this MD. walks up to me and says… Come with me… I’m going to give you injections! I told him No he was not, how am I going to get an injection when My so called Dr. Has not even checked me? Oh… He’s too busy outside on his phone to check me ah? When he FINALLY came in to talk to me… YES…I was upset and straight out said to him… If I am still in pain 2 months after I been seeing you… i think I need to see a back specialist… (Which he should have been referred me to the specialist)…But he tried to tell me his MD is a specialist! No, I didn’t want to see his in house «specialist» so he got MAD and basically threw me out! I was FINE with NEVER going back anyways But… This «Dr» is so LOW… He refused to send the paperwork for my MRI to the place and that to me is Uncalled for! Don’t worry… i will be reporting this place to my insurance company! His Injections has made my back WORSE! THEY’RE ALL about jacking your insurance company or your pockets!

I was referred to Dr. Britton at OC Back and Body Doctors this week after I injured my back. I was in so much pain and could barely walk on Sunday and here I am, Friday night, feeling 70% better. Its such a relief when you start to feel better! (Thank you to all who had their healing hands on me this week!)
All of the staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable and thankfully I was able to get Treatment 4x this week which helped tremendously. Heather is also great with explaining your insurance options. I’ve never seen so many great tools and resources under one roof. The care from the Doctors, Nurses and Therapists is incredible. From Adjustments, Laser, Traction, Decompression, Homeopathic Trigger Point injections/​Pain Management, Massage, Acu. and more, they have it all. I will be spending a lot of time there over the next couple of months getting stronger and fully healing!

Super friendly & professional staff. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by 3 different staff members and it made me feel like I’ve been coming here for years. With 8 treatments acupuncture from the V.A. not doing much for me, I decided to give Chiropractic a try. Short background on my back 4 and ½ years in the Marines and been playing sports since I could stand up.
I was quickly greeting by Dr. Dustin Agnelli where he gave me a quick tour of the office, which was super modern and from what I could tell had the most modern equipment. After doing the initial exam I was treated on my back and adjusted and came out feeling like gold. Looking forward to my next appointment. And oh ya I saw some postings through out the office if you check in on Unilocal you get a free 30 minute back massage, can’t beat that!

OC back & body is great. This is not your average chiropractic office this is a doctor’s office where they address all the different aspects of whats going on. They gave me trigger point injections to help immediately releave tension in my back which aided the adjustments done by some of the best chiropractors in the industry. Very friendly nursing staff and professional doctors.

I wound put negative stars if I could. This practice specializes in selling mediocre treatment and stealing your money. They charged me for appointments I never went to, lied to me about the fee. But since I gave them all my info I didn’t know till later. I won the settlement. But it was a pain! You will cause yourself MORE PAIN, AND MORE STRESS by going here. they put up an excellent front. They fooled me. Don’t fall for this place!
This was one of the worst if not THE WORST experiences I’ve had at any business. I just want to keep other innocent people looking for pain relief from going to OC Back & and Body Doctors and ending up as another victim like me and apparently many other reviewers.
Do yourself a favor. STAY AWAY!!!
