Purchased a Groupon for a garage door tuneup and roller replacement. Scheduled the appointment 2 weeks in advance. Appointment day comes, I’m waiting for my schedule window, no call no show.
Repeated phone calls and messages to their 866 number, no response at all.
Don’t use these guys. Seemed great on the phone, but when you don’t show up for appointments that’s kinda 99% of doing your job.
Also, it’s been too long so I can’t get my $ back for the Groupon I purchased, so not only did they not show up or call, they kicked me in the ass for $ 89. Bravo.

Nick, the technician, just left my house after tuning-​up my garage door. He was friendly, courteous, efficient, good at what he does and very importantly– on time. He even called to let me know he was on his way. Hopefully my door won’t need major servicing, but if it does I will call this company first.

Called these guys up from the sticker on my opener installed over 5 years prior to the wind that jacked it up last month. The guy who showed up was like a garage door surgeon. He listened to it on the way up and knew exactly what the issues was.
They had someone over to my place the same day and didn’t charge me to adjust my door even though it was installed so long ago. I’d definitely recommend them, as we got a great deal the first time around.
Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Service was great, it was quick and they had great prices. The worker was very efficient with his time and knew a lot about what he was doing. I was impressed with how friendly and helpful the service was. We had a few companies come out and give us estimates and all of them besides OC Garage Pro’s just wanted to Up-​sell us on everything. If I had to do it all over I would go right back to these guys because it was worth it the garage door works as good as new and it is an old garage door.

I can honestly say the service I received was immediate & professional.
Someone could have sold me a new door & I would not have known it could be repaired, good as new! I also had them install an entry feature so if locked out or for any reason someone needed to get in the house, I could give out a code that allows entry thru my garage. Now I don’t worry that our teens will lose our front door key!
The prices were reasonable, but the employees are what sold me! I would definitely recommend them to all.
