Oc Mommas and Babes

I highly recommend Michelle’s OC Mommas & Babes class! It was not only a huge help in answering some of the big questions that come up as a new mom, but also a safe place to go as a new mom when sometimes it’s tough to get out of the house. It was an encouraging environment and very very supportive which is much needed during this crazy transition. Michelle does a great job of setting the tone for the safe/let’s be real environment and each guest she brings in goes along with that as well, so every week is something new, but still an open and inviting place to learn, share, and ask questions.

For any new moms out there feeling overwhelmed with your new life stage and all the things you need to know about your beautiful new babe this is the place to be. I happened upon this program for babies and new moms from a recommendation of a friend. I was probably a month out of having my baby Bella and feeling isolated. I needed to get out of the house to feel like a human being for a bit and figured this would be a good place to get important information so I signed up to go. It was AMAZING. 1. Michelle, the leader, is such a beautiful person inside and out. I mean that in she is like a girlfriend you can talk to who actually understands what you are saying, emphasizes with what is going on and has practical solutions for how to deal with issues. 2. The speakers that Michelle brings in have very practical information for what new moms are going through. From a lactation consultant (breast feeding is hard people) to a sleep specialist for babies, to a nutritionist to teaching your baby sign language… etc all of the people coming in to speak were very knowledgeable about their field and fun to listen to. 3. For Michelle this isn’t really a business but a passion to connect new mom’s to each other to build relationships, to give out information to help facilitate confidence in this new life stage and for women to be supported/​encouraged because lets face it girls… mommy life is no joke trying to juggle everything that the world expects us to juggle. I would absolutely recommend this program for all new mommies :)

I attended this class series during probably the biggest transitional stage of my life: motherhood, and although I didn’t know it at the time, it was everything that I needed to help me get through the rough first-​time-​parent challenges. Between Michelle’s knowledge, the wonderful expert speakers insights, and the open, judgement free discussion format within the class, I left each week feeling educated and confident as a mother. I can’t thank Michelle enough!

This class is so inspiring! I felt so welcomed, safe, and learned an incredible amount of information to better prepare myself and to continue to take such great care of my daughter! The speakers that come have so much to offer! The Founder Michelle is so wonderful, with great life experiences to share and an open caring ear to help you with any questions or concerns you may have. I met some wonderful girls and they’re adorable babies and have gained new friends :) I also love I now have other babies to play and be with my daughter as they all grow up! This was just what I needed after having my first child! It really helped balance my life and give me a much needed outlet!!!

This group was incredible! As a new momma this group not only got me out of the house but I attained so much knowledge from Michelle and all of the expert speakers on various topics. This group takes on a non judgmental stance and provides a safe space for all the mommas to open up about their experiences, the challenges, and everything in between. I highly recommend this group to all the mommas out there. It was invaluable experience and as a result I feel like such a more confident mom. Thank you Michelle! Grateful for all the friends I’ve gained and the resources I’ve received. This group truly helped me.

OC Mommas and Babes is not only a class, but an awesome mom support group. The weekly speakers are fun and informative, and it’s also great to meet and chat with other moms who are going through the same things. What I also really valued was having something that «forced» me to leave the house each week in the early days of motherhood. My only complaint is that the class doesn’t run longer. Those eight weeks flew by!

I can’t say enough great things about this group. As a first time mom this group was such a great resource for so many different topics from feeding, baby sign language and sleep just to name a few! I met some great mommas through this group and Michelle really made the group a safe place to open up and share our own experiences without feeling judged. Joining was one of the best decisions I have made during the first few months of my daughters life!

These classes saved my life! As a new mommy I was exhausted, confused, emotional and needed baby help. I am so thankful for all the mommy and baby information that I gained in attending this program. I totally recommend this program for every mommy. Being a new mom is overwhelming and hard. I loved that each week I met up with other moms that we’re going through the same transition as I was. I got the best support that I needed during this time.
