Once Upon a Time Character Company

Love, love, love! I was recommended a couple of companies but when I saw how beautiful and how much they resembled the princess. I knew I had to go with Once Upon Time Character Company. I am so glad I did!!!
My daughter’s 5^th bday party was a hit. They made my daughter and her friends feel so special.
The princess and fairy god mother came prepared and kept all the kids entertained. I was a little worried about the boys not being entertained but they were. They did face painting and royal lessons. The most precious part was when they crowned my daughter princess.
Recommend this company 100%!!!

Peter Pan was exceptional at my daughter’s birthday. My daughter is very shy and he did a wonderful job of making her day special without being too overwhelming for her. He was right on time, told a wonderful story, made lots of small talk with the guests, and stayed in character throughout the entire time. The kids were so sad to see him leave. I would definitely use Once Upon a Time for my next party!

Seriously this company is amazing. They were able to accommodate me super last minute just 2 days before the party. Mary showed up in full character and was gorgeous. She was so fantastic with all the children. My daughter was simply obsessed and could not believe Mary Poppins made it to her birthday party. I would definitely use this company again. Everyone was asking me where I got a practically perfect Mary Poppins! Thanks again for making my sweet Stella’s birthday spectacular

I FIND IT COMICAL AND A REFLECTION OF YOUR BUSINESS THAT YOU WOULD RESPOND TO MY Unilocal REVIEW BUT NOT THE ORIGINAL, PERSONAL EMAIL I SENT U EXPRESSING MY COMPLAINTS. The bottom line is your performer DID NOT SHOW UP like We planned and your long, not completely true, explanation doesn’t change the fact that my daughters party suffered and when I tried to speak to u about my issues I was IGNORED until I posted a review.
Review: I just had a party for my 6 year old daughter, based on these reviews I am surprised I booked with the same company. I booked Ariel and Jasmine and only Jasmine showed up. Unfortunately without Ariel, Jasmine seemed unprepared and was unable to do all the activities I had promised the kids. As for Ariel I was given an excuse 15min before her scheduled arrival time, that her car broke down on the freeway, (at about 45min away from the party location) that is strange because I did pay a travel fee and was assured both characters would be traveling together. My travel fee was NEVER reimbursed. My daughter was completely disappointed and Amy said Ariel would send her a personal video that I never received. The most disappointing part was I sent Amy an email expressing my disappointment with the service and she never responded. I had very high expectations when booking with Amy, She was kind, attentive and prompt. Unfortunately, this same professionalism doesn’t happen once the bill is paid. The true test of a business is how you handle unhappy customers, especially when the mistake was completely the fault of your business.

What can I say but amazing! Both Elsa and Anna were beautiful and so graceful! The kids loved them especially my two little girls! Professional, on time and so much fun! Definitely recommend them for any of your parties!

I contacted OUATCC late on a Saturday afternoon 3 weeks ago and got a very prompt email back. Amy was quick to respond with any questions I had and was very easy to get a hold of.
We hired Princess Tiana for our daughter’s Princess and the Frog 5^th Birthday party. She was amazing — she made a point to talk to each individual child, making them feel special and even engaged with my 8 month old nephew. So sweet! She played party games, read a story, taught princess etiquette, and helped sing «Happy Birthday» to our little girl. Thank you for some wonderful memories that my daughter will cherish for the rest of her life.

The absolute best! As an event planner I have seen and used many different character companies and this one easily takes the cake. We hired Periwinkle for a Fairy Tea party and each moment was magical for all the guests. From the costume to the activities we were extremely pleased. I highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them again soon.

The little mermaid came to my sister’s 5^th birthday party. She was awesome! Her voice was incredible. Everything about her was absolutely perfect and she stayed in character the entire time. Her guest interaction was amazing and she made sure that all the girls felt a part of the festivities.
Our family is already planning next year’s princess party!

I recently attended a friend’s son’s birthday party that had booked an appearance from everyone’s favorite Lost Boy, Peter Pan! Not only was he incredibly cute and charming, but he knew the role and really engaged and connected with the kids. It was so great to see Peter Pan, one of my favorite fairytale characters and I hope to see more from Once Upon a Time Character Company soon!

Elsa was the hit of the party. Very professional, looked amazing, great with kids. Kept little ones entertained the whole time. Songs, nail painting, story time, games. WoW
Even had the some of the parents shedding tears of joy. Exceeded every expectation I had. Review only goes up to 5 stars but I would give a Million Stars if I could.

Amy Jo is kind and professional and sets high standards for her costumes. I was in a last minute panic to get help for my daughters birthday party and she was quick to respond and had available what I needed. I would definitely recommend Once Upon a Time to friends and family!

Yes, yes, yes! I have been to several parties with Princesses (I have three girls!). This company is by far the best. We had Elsa and she was amazing. Even better than the Elsa at Disneyland we have met, several times. Once upon a time made my daughters birthday one she will remember forever. Professional staff, great with kids and MAGICAL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. will definitely use again!

What can I say? Im speechless. Elsa came for my daughters 4^th B day party. She was amazing. She had a lot of patience with the children. Complete virtue and she was sweet, kind, attentive :) This was my first time doing something like this so I was extremely scared that OUATCC wouldnt go through. I was afraid of hiring a company and them not showing up. But I was gratefully wrong. They exceeded my expectations, Amy was very attentive in answering my e-​mails and she never seemed annoyed. They have the some of the best pricing available for Character Entertainment. She impressed some of the guests and they wanted a card. Couldnt be happier with the professionalism, realism (of the character), and punctuality. Definetely a keeper. Thank you Amy and your wonderful Cast.

A couple of years ago I hired a Tinkerbell from another company for my daugher’s birthday party and she was okay. But this time around, I wanted to find a princess character that was more than just okay. I reviewed a ton of websites but Once Upon a Time Character Company caught my eye because of the fact that all their princesses are professionally trained! I decided to risk it, even though it was more money than other companies. All I can say is that our princess was amazing! She was beautifully dressed with a gorgeous gown, so sweet and great with the kids (my sister said she should be a school teacher!), and in character the whole time. She floated in and out, and left quite an impression on all of our guests, from children to adults! By the way, last minute I referred my friend to this company as she was having a party for her daughter and her event was a week before mine. She had a different princess (and a different person played the role) and she too was wonderful! And, to make it even better, when our princess showed up at our party, she knew about the other event and referred to it a few times, which made the experience even more special. After all, all the princesses know each other and talk about the special girls they meet! Anyway, I highly recommend this company!

I’ve looked all OVER the place and I haven’t been able to find ANY princess company that measures up to the quality of Once Upon A Time. All of the royals are professional and loveable, and incredibly accurate to their stories!!! They bring a whole bag of games and make-​over supplies, they tell stories… I don’t know how they could get any better!!!

This past weekend my family went to an 8^th birthday party where we got to meet the beautiful Merida from Brave. She looked as if the story came to life. Merida played games with all the kids, had a sword fight and taught everyone a special dance that a few of the adults couldn’t resist taking part in. The party was so much fun!
I look forward to meeting some of the other princesses that Once Upon a Time Character Co has as a part of their family. I can’t wait to have the «hard task» of choosing which princess we will be able to invite to come to our party.
