Our company has been using OS Ignite for about 3 years. They completely redesigned our old and dated website from the ground up. The site now looks professional and has a flow that is simple for anyone to use. They also handle our monthly marketing when it comes to social media and email blasts to our clients. They are reasonably priced and provide an excellent product. Zach, Dave and Erik have all been great to work with and easy to get a hold of if I have a question or need any help.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an overall web development and maintenance package.

I’ve read the rest of these comments and ratings from obvious friends and family and decided to give these guys a shot. Trust me, these guys, Dave and Zach are complete time warps. Nothing I requested was done on time or with enough effort to show me they had any real interest in my project. They seemed to believe that I wanted my time wasted as much as possible. They took forever to give me my quote, which was incomplete. I asked for a revised quote with the specific solutions I wanted integrated into my website, they told me to call the companies myself and ask them about computer jargon I have no clue about. Why could they not have called the companies themselves to get the tech info they need. Beats me. Of course after I brought this up, they said they called them twice. Yeah right. I put a lot of effort and energy in my business, I gave them the exact parameters and systems I wanted integrated and they sent me two quotes without them included. The way they treated me and my company was pathetic. I would not recommend these guys to anyone who wants to be successful in any way. What a waste of time and energy. I just don’t understand how some people think they can do business and ask for tens of thousands of dollars for work when they can’t even give accurate timely quotes and are not worried at all about customer satisfaction. When I mentioned that I wasn’t really happy at the lack of effort and the late replies they told me «Good Luck on your project!!!» Horrible and a nightmare to work with. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! You’ve been warned.

Our company sells products online and we needed a new website to scale with our business growth. We hired OS Ignite after interviewing many orange county web design firms. Their team was very professional, knowledgeable and ultimately fun to work with.

If our business could give more than 5 stars we would. Everyone over at OS Ignite is dedicated to their work and clients. We asked for a custom website design, a fully functional/​easy to use e-​commerce development platform and 2 different software applications. Before our project began, everything was line itemized in our proposal with deliverable dates. For us, this was key because we had a specific launch date in mind and had a television ad that was airing so the website needed to be up and ready. Zach and his team are amazing and recommend their services to anyone wanting to take their online business to the next level.

OS Ignite was so easy to work with. I hired them to help me do some graphics for my upcoming wedding. The turn around time was super fast. The work came out beautiful.
