I introduced my adult son to this office for anxiety and they have handled him with a lot of care. I know and would recommend any of the doctors in this practice. I was surprised to see the other ratings here because I’ve never had an experiences like these with this practice so I wanted to post my experience. I’m thankful for all they’ve done for my son.

Dr. was yawning, texting and looking at his computer. Also laughed in my face at one time regarding something I was dealing with at the time. Stay away unless you want to feel worse.
Found out he’s not a doctor, he’s a nurse practitioner. Hope they train people to respect the patients and act professional and it’s just this jerk.

The staff is quite curt and borderline rude with no personality. The waiting room is bland and so are the non air conditioned offices. The NP is cool and he’s helped me a lot. My gripe is with the office staff and facility.
Getting my appts honored have never been a problem but if I have to wait like some people have spoke about, I’d leave then bill the office for my time wasted. If they wanna charge for cancellation then it will apply to them as well. :-)

This place is an absolute joke. I came in last week for an appointment but they misunderstood my name and then the intern blamed me by actually saying that I said my name wrong. If that’s not amusing enough I ended up waiting 1.5 hours in a cramped waiting room and I was still behind several people. Why make appointments if there’s no desire to uphold them?
Then I came in today and they were on the phone and completely ignored me for 10 minutes while I stood there like a fool staring at them. Who trains these people?! How can they actually identify themselves as a professional organization with such an apparent lack of professionalism?
The medical examination was also a joke. A four minute conversation leads to a handful of prescriptions without even exploring my medical history. Medication is handed out carelessly by only blind guesses instead of thorough medical due diligence.
And parking? Parking is a nightmare. Everyone is double parked and there’s no street parking and nowhere else to park– anywhere!
If you’re not crazy before you come here you will definitely be crazy after you leave. Avoid like the plague!
