Ray is simply the best! Here is why:
1.Most banks want a 2 year work history before giving a loan. I only had a year and 5 months and a period of Unemployment Gap of 1 year. But Ray shopped around among many banks that he works with and found a bank that was willing to give us the loan at a competitive rate.
2.There was a litigation on the Home Owner’s Association. Again, most banks will not lend money in this case. But again Ray made sure we go with a bank that accepts the litigation by clearing everything with the bank upfront so we closed smoothly and in less than 30 days.
Ray is an honest, down to earth guy! Very knowledgable and professional! I highly recommend him.

Few years’ back I wanted to buy a condo and the people I was working with were too aggressive and pushy; I got cold feet and I backed out. Recently, when I start looking again, I met Ray. Oh my, what a difference! Ray is a pro at what he does, he works hard for his clients and most importantly he is TRUSTWORTHY. I had «less than perfect» credit score and most banks would not give me loan, nevertheless, Ray was able to shop around and fond a loan that fit my budget. Ray was able to get me conventional loan with ONLY 5% down on a townhouse. He coached me thru the whole process and his broad knowledge on real estate helped me make the best decision on a house I never dreamed of.
If it wasn’t for Ray going above and beyond to find the loan I could afford, I don’t think I would be a homeowner today.
It makes the biggest difference in the world to know that your loan officer would give the absolute best deal possible for your unique financial situation.
