Fraud!!! Scam! Stole our money and never showed up!!! They don’t return calls or emails. We booked them for our wedding last night and they never came. Kept calling them and calling them and emailed and left voicemails and NOTHING! Not only are we out precious memories (this was our wedding favor) we are out $ 400 that we paid for the booth. I will be reporting them to better business bureau and taking them to small claims

This company false advertises. We used them for an event back in December and we did not get what we paid for. We specifically asked for an open booth and when they got there it was a closed booth. They said there was nothing they could do as they drove 3hours to get there even though I showed them the paperwork that states open booth. I was told we get unlimited prints during the event. The way it was explained was upon taking a picture they will print out two prints but you could come back later that night to reprint more. FALSE the tec said we were only allowed 2 prints the entire night.
Secondly, it states you get digital copies of the photos emailed. Since we had a holiday party of 42 people this was great so at least everyone could print some even after the event however we never got our digital prints. I have tried contacting the company numerous times since December and the only response I got via email was they will look into issuing me a credit but never got back to me. I have emailed and called for the last 3 month. They do not pick up the phone nor answer my emails and I have yet to receive a call. The crazy thing is I set this up a month prior to our event and when I called the day before to confirm everything the response I got was «why are you reconfirming» «your confirmation was when you got your event details» I said so you’re telling me my confirmation was a month ago? And they said yes! And what do you know they still showed up with the wrong booth.
I suggest you do not use this company EVERRRRRRR. There were also similar complaints reported to the BBB. Since they feel like we are owed anything or even a response I will be doing a chargeback because they did not provide the services the contracted for.

I’m so upset I didn’t read these reviews before hiring these people for my cousins 15. It was a horrible experience. They don’t follow directions and their set up is a joke. Never again.

This company is a total lie and SCAM! DO NOT USE THEM! They take your money and say they are coming and never show up! I am an event planner and my client hired this company. I knew from the start that they were going to be awful, they were terrible at contacting me back and I had a feeling they would be bad! These people should be ashamed of themselves!!! They had someone call me 3 hours after they were supposed to come and say they had a flat tire and couldn’t get a tow truck! Why wait 3 hours to call a customer who paid for you to show up. Simple ridiculous the 13 year old girl who the party was for was so disappointed!

WOW!!! These guys are actual criminals! They copied the original name of Red Cheese which was established in 1999 in San Francisco and they call themselves «Say Red Cheese.» How original!!! I am sure these guys wont be in business any longer due to their dishonesty and unoriginality. Red

If I could rate this place a negative 5, I would. THIS BUSINESS IS RUNNING A SCAM. They asked for a deposit, took our money and no-​showed on the day of our event. We called 17 times and left numerous messages. No one returned our calls or offered apologies the next day. I have requested a refund many times and the only answer I got from Ryan, the guy running the show is, «you will be contacted by someone.» He is probably sitting in a basement of some apartment and getting people for they money. They are full of shit and this company is absolutely a ridiculous joke! They should be shut down! PLEASE DON“T CONTACT OR USE THIS COMPANY!!!

–5 is my real rating. On Nov 8^th I requested to cancel my reservation for a photo booth. Today is ¹²⁄₁₄ and I can’t seem to get a clear answer of where the heck my $ 380 refund is. Heather Shaw is supposed to be the Senior Director of the company. Heather has chosen to not respond to my requests (calls or emails) for an update. Keep in mind that Heather emailed me initially (after I sent an email to the company due to I had been waiting a few days for a confirmation of the cancellation) to tell me that she will have the confirmation by the end of the day. Two and a half weeks went by with no response. I then start calling every day still without resolution. I feel this company is a FRAUD!!! It is to the point that Ryan (Director) knows my voice and name. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

PLEASE DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. The reviews before mine aren’t as bad as they should be. This is a ZERO star review. This was, by far, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a photo booth at any party anywhere. The photo quality is poor. The prints cracked and faded within 24 hours. The physical quality of the booth was embarrassing. The attendant was unhelpful. When I tried to resolve the issue with Heather at the company, she was rude and dismissive. After a few emails trying for some sort of resolution, she has chosen to simply ignore my emails. It is such a shame that this company has ruined part of what was a wonderful night for my son. I waited a month to post anything thinking we would come to some sort of resolution. But this is ridiculous. This company is plain awful.

I hired this company for my sister’s wedding specifically because their booth included a feature for guest to leave a 30 second video message for the bride and groom. The day of the wedding even though I was in the line, I kept my phone on me the whole time just in case they needed to contact me. I go to use the photobooth and I was VERY disappointed to see that the camera was a webcam plopped on top of a computer screen. It took forever to process photos and the system was delayed! People were crowing around waiting and waiting for their pictures because after the pictures printed, the attendant had to hand cut all the copies. AND, there was NO option to do the video messaging! The quality of the photos is horrible and unclean. I was so embarrassed when the bride showed me her photo strip of her and the groom and the photos were streaky and discolored!
My contract was to include the photobooth with video messaging, facebook/​twitter posting, and a scrapbook for the bride and groom. We didn’t receive the video messaging, facebook/​twitter posting, OR the scrapbook? I emailed the company the next day about missing aspect of my contract and stated I needed to be refunded partially for the services that they did not provide. I have over 50 e-​mails over a month and a half time frame from Heather Shaw, Jordan Davis, and the «vice president of operations,» Charles Clark in regards to this issue. They tried to tell me these services were NOT INCLUDED in my package and were «free ad ons» so, there would be no refund. EXCUSE ME? these people must think we’re idiots because it was clearly stated as INCLUDED in my package. I explained this to them and explained I would charge back the whole amount if they didn’t refund me for those services. They ignored my e-​mail and pretended they never received them.
Then, I got an email back threatening to take me to small claims court for 3X the total amount if I charged back. HA! losers… take me to court you guys are a JOKE! You’d NEVER win because I have a contract that clearly outlines what I paid for and what you DID NOT provide! They finally agreed to refund me $ 40 which, is still not enough considering I paid $ 350 however, I just didn’t want to deal with these scam artist anymore. They also went on to tell me that they needed WIFI for the facebook/​twitter posting and video messaging and they asked a guest at the wedding and they said there was no WIFI so they weren’t responsible. WHY WOULD YOU ASK A RANDOM GUEST? The building is equip with WIFI and if they would have asked ME considering I was the one who booked the booth, I could have assisted them, but they didn’t
THEN, they stop corresponding with me and I try to call into the office and apparently, Heather Shaw and Jordan Davis don’t take calls and can only be reached through e-​mail… WTH??? So I’m trying to figure out how I’ll get my $ 40 back and they continue to ignore me. Finally after several emails they finally reply and say they can’t credit it back they have to process a check from their «headquarters» in Chicago and to give it 5 – 7 business days. CHICAGO? They obviously forgot that they initially told me their headquarters was in Irvine, CA… & if you look at the map of the bottom of their website, they have a star saying «HERE WE ARE» on a VONS in ANAHEIM? WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS!!! I wait 2 ½ weeks for my check to arrive and of course, just like I expected, this was all a lie an no check was coming. So, I email them back and call them out on this lie and they continue to tell me it’s coming from Chicago blah blah blah. I WAS SICK OF IT I wrote them an email calling them out on all their BS and letting them know I’M NOT stupid… you don’t have a headquarters in Chicago and you guys NEVER sent any check. After that email I got a response to pick up the refund at walmart moneygram. Incompetent business people! Lie after lie after lie!
PLEASE do yourself a favor. Don’t work with the company… stay away, stay FAR WAY!!! Poor quality photo strips. Services promised Won’t be delivered, and the employees are rude, unprofessional, and ignorant. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. This company deserves ZERO starts. This company is in needs of a desperate management and customer service training!

Worst photo booth company ever! Do NOT waste your money or time with these fools. I wish I could give ZERO stars. Booked on Aug 18 for my wedding Oct 10 2015. Senior directors, Ryan and Heather were ok from the start (Bc I booked them) but horrific when they failed to abide by the contract day of my wedding. Attendants showed up looking like they just woke up wearing flannels and ripped jeans (to a FORMAL wedding) They were rude to guests and started the booth during dinner (contracted to start after dinner) closed the booth 90 min early telling guests numerous things: out of film paper, bride didn’t pay for 4 ½ hours and told parents of bride line was closed. We found all this out the day after the wedding. Attendants tore down booth in middle of reception @ 1020 pm vs the contract time of midnight. They even asked guests to move so they could break down. Contacted them via email next day… No reply. Called Mon after wedding spoke to Ryan who was clueless stating he would see what happened and never heard back. After numerous emails and calls still no resolution on what happened. Got the run around by Ryan and Heather. Spoke to Ryan more than once asking for a refund and resolution and was promised an email by 3pm on numerous days and still NO RESONSE almost 1 month later. Heather even emailed me stating «stand by». What does that mean? Sent text messages and contract for proof I paid for 4 ½ hours plus a set fee for idle time. Of course, no reply. Pulled all bank receipts to confirm they actually never even charged me. Good thing their accounting dept sucks too! They must know they FAILED! Good thing I was never charged or else small claims court would be in order! Submitted a BBB claim Bc other customers need to know these people do not know how to run a business and LACK any and ALL customer service skills. It’s my bad I booked them and didn’t do better research bc I came home with about 20 crooked photo strips that were lame. Props are junk and so is quality of paper! They can’t even center photos… DO NOT I repeat DO NOT book Say Red Cheese! They will fail you. Read the other reviews! Joke of a company and should not have a business license. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and every other source of social media is aware these people SUCK! I hope I get a reply now but doubt it!

They are not worth it. I had problems with the attendant the day of event, he was late, rude to guests and disappeared at times. They had the wrong «booth», and I’m still having problems with them now because they didn’t honor the package that we paid for. I have emails to prove my case and they are still give me problems I would never recommend them. You are better off using your phone.

I hired this company after the first one didn’t have my date available. They assured me they could do the job. They were to arrive at 3:30 on the day of my 60^th birthday party which was a big deal to me. How many times do you turn 60? I spent a lot of time and expense to create a perfect birthday party. The photo booth was a luxury but I knew it would be a great way to have my friends interact and it would be a great way to remember my party. At 5PM I realized they had not arrived. After much phone calling they said they couldn’t do it. IN THE MIDDLE OF MY PARTY they said they couldn’t do it! NOT ACCEPTABLE! There is no excuse for this. This isn’t just a one person business they’re running. This is a very large business as they were proud to tell me. Apparently they are so large they can’t take care of all their customers. There are numerous photo booth companies to choose from. I would not recommend you
choose this one.

So a lot of things went wrong with this photo booth service. I booked and picked them compared to another photo booth company because of the additional services that they had with the photo booth like Twitter and Facebook Posting, Digital Copies, Photo Album which none of those I got during service nor a few days after as their website shows.
Booked them back in June. I sent multiple requests for the design of the layout early. I get multiple unanswered emails and left voicemails requesting for a call back but no real status update on what’s going on or any returned phone calls were received. I finally got a hold of someone over the phone on 9÷17÷15 and this person assured me that I will be getting the proof that day. I had to yet again call back a few times on Friday morning, the day before our wedding, just to get a hold of someone and I finally get the sample layout that morning.
Like I said I booked them back in June, I asked even before booking if they can do the same as the sample picture that I’ve sent and they said yes. When I finally get the email of the proof of the design, it’s wrong and after sending me 2 revisions, it’s still wrong. Got these emails during our wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner and had no more time to argue about it.
Now, I’ve sent a request the day before to have the contact info of the actual operator of the photo booth just in case something wrong goes on (of course something wrong does go on). I didn’t get any reply. My coordinator also left a message to talk about setup but no phone calls returned either.
On our wedding day, I didn’t want to deal with anymore issues and just enjoy our day. It’s already 7:15 pm and I noticed that the the photo booth isn’t even there yet. Our coordinator had a hard time having to get a hold of someone over the phone. No updates or calls regarding running late or anything like that. So at our sweetheart table, in the middle of our wedding, I tried calling myself since my wife was already crying, thinking we wouldn’t have a photo booth during our wedding. I finally get a hold of someone and passed the phone to my coordinator to deal with it. At first the person on the phone was saying setup time was at 7:30 pm. But the setup time was suppose to be at 6:30 pm, the photo booth should be running by 7:30 pm. The photo booth finally arrives around 7:35 pm.
Not sure exactly what time she was exactly up and running but our wedding coordinator and the operator comes up to me and shows me the print. The prints were printing in portrait mode while the design is in landscape which makes the prints and photos tiny and would just print in the middle area. She says she doesn’t know how to change the settings for this and gives me on option to just print all our photo booth pictures the way it currently is printing or just remove the layout and design that I already had such a hard time getting in the first place and just print the pictures as a strip from top to bottom without any design at all. Thank god my videoagrapher hears about this issue and helps the operator change the setting to print in landscape mode making use of the whole paper printout. Even with this, the layout was still not what I originally wanted, the actual photos where suppose to be longer and not squares. This made the pictures smaller. The pictures printed were actually already touching the logo and design.
On to the next set of problems. The operator had very limited options for props. According to most of my guests. The operator was not pleasant nor professional at all. The photo paper used feels very thin and cheap. The prints were blurry/​fuzzy, easily faded or smeared. My guests were also telling us that some had to wait minutes to get their pictures printed out. There was also no option for Twitter and Facebook posting (which was a big reason why I picked them instead of another photo booth company).
They said that they are a smaller division of a larger event coordination company and have been in business for 5 yrs. But they refuse to give me the name of this company.
This whole experience was just horrible. It was one problem on top of another problem just went on and on through out this whole setup and service. Try to imagine all these problems happening days before and during your wedding, you or your wife crying in the middle of your/​her wedding day just because of the photo booth. I’m sure you would be very very upset too.
Their website may look professional but these guys are definitely not. They respond to your emails promptly before booking but when it’s actually time for the service you’ve hired them for, it’s so hard to get any real answers from anyone, your lucky if you actually get a reply.
Sent a complaint on 9÷22÷15. They said give them 2 — 3 days to investigate. It’s already 10÷9÷15, still no real sincere apology nor the status of their investigation regarding these issues.
