I am VERY happy with my results. I had some unfortunate damage done to the rear bumper of my Tesla Model S and Spectrum took care of me. Most importantly was the level of professionalism and care I received from Danny, my representative on the Spectrum team. There was constant communication about parts and status and they even helped me with transportation. These guys are the best, I would return without hesitation!

Just picked up my car and had some repair work done to the front bumper lip, and the rocker panel. Damage while in service at the dealership.
Gary and his team did an impeccable job. I hate when I see reviews that complain about not getting their cars back on time. I was told I’d get my car back on Friday, I knew that it would most likely be a couple of days after that, and if not, then great. When I picked up my car Tuesday morning, it was in better condition than the delivery date.
Spectrum Collision is my go to body repair and detail experts. And a lifetime warranty on the work. Best body shop, PERIOD.
Once again, thank you, Gary! Keep up the good work. I’d like to say see you soon, but you’re in a business I’d rather avoid as much as possible. But in the event there is a little accident or something, you know I’ll be back.
I highly recommend them, especially if you have a high end vehicle. My car was a white 2016 BMW 750i XDrive.

Awesome job! Looks brand new and Gary was always responsive on updates and info. I have a BMW X3 Msport with custom paint and they repaired my front bumper and wheel well flawlessly.

I am so happy with this place. I wanted to buy a Porsche in LA so I flew down from San Francisco for the day, and I wanted a Certified Porsche Collision Repair Facility that could help me in checking the Body of this car. I spoke with Nick one of the estimators and he said that they could help me. He got the guy that specializes in Porsches, his name is Darin. I asked him if he could please point out any damages that were on this car. He started looking in the hood, underneath the car, the doors, etc. He was able to actually give more information that I did not know about. I asked what this inspection would cost, they told me nothing. I was wow, you guys are really cool, thank you. I even offered to buy the shop lunch and beer, because of their gesture. They politely declined. With that said, I did buy the car and drove back to SF. I would recommend this place because of the friendliness of the staff, and their genuine willingness to help. It was not about the money at all, it was more on how they could help a person out. I would say that you would do yourself good by giving these guys your business.

After my truck got side swipe in a hit a run I took it to different shops looking for the best price I can get since it would had to come out of pocket. I got different quotes up too 8500. I ran into this place and I immediately receive assistance and great guidance from DANNY VALDEZ. Service couldn’t get better when he introduce the technician that would be working on my car MR. POPPINS. He thoroughly went over on what repairs where going to be done in my truck. MR. POPPINS and DANNY VALDEZ went above and beyond to make sure my baby look as new as it can be. Their attention to make sure they met my needs was spectacular. I can guaranteed you cannot find this customer quality in any place.. I brought my mustang GT there and I need to install a grille and rear trunk spoiler, they took the bumper off and told me that the grille doesn’t fit so I decided just put the spoiler one. They charged me $ 400 for the spoiler so I refused it cause it is too much for install a spoiler. After that I told them just put the bumper back. When I got there and checked my car, they didn’t even put any scrolls back. They charged 125 for that. Do not go there.

Completely happy with the timely repair to my 2015 BMW. Service was great, the email communication with regards to estimates and readiness were much appreciated. I had Spectrum repair a different vehicle back in 2007. It’s nice to see service and quality hasn’t changed. Thank you Johnny and staff for retuning my rental car to Enterprise as well, that was an unexpected convenience! Best Auto repair in OC!

Johnny Maldjian was incredible! I was rear-​ended in my new M5 and he took great care of me and my car looks like new again! If you have a repair for a BMW, there is no where else in Orange County to go!

Spectrum Collision is a first rate repair facility. They did a phenomenal job on my new Grand Cherokee that was rear ended. The alignment of the body panels, the quality of overall repair, and the paint matching are literally as good as new. To say I am OCD about paint is an understatement (when I buy a car, I don’t even let the dealer’s «detailers» touch it, I’ll peel the plastic off myself etc…), and even I am happy to give Spectrum a 5 star review.
My adviser was Johnny Maldjian, he was top notch! He always answered emails within 5 minutes, and was always available to speak on the phone. He thoroughly answered any questions I had and was always on top of it. If he is available, I would certainly ask for him!

Had a little accident with a coworker in the parking lot. Johnny and Luis were able to get me the parts I need quickly, kept me updated and got me my car back as quickly as possible. Looked good as new.

Repairing your car when it’s damaged is never something to look forward to, however Johnny M. at Spectrum made this process as smooth as possible. Great quality work, and when anything wasn’t right, Johnny worked tirelessly to make it right. When I received my car back it was in great condition, almost better than new. I would highly recommend Johnny and the Spectrum team to anyone that cares about their car.

After an unfortunate brush with some delinquents and an egg my new 2016 BMW 535i was «besplemeshed» (yes I just made that word up) with awful spider web cracks into the clear and base coat on my driver’s side door, just above the door handle. Although I was dead set on finding a «fix» for this eye sore, I was concerned about the need to dismantle and repaint the entire door panel. Less so for the cost than for the pure hassle and chances something might go wrong. So I spoke with multiple body shops and Spectrum Collision was not only responsive but Gary (the representative assisting me) was more than helpful when he not only reviewed and confirmed a competitive quote but also pointed out some obvious misses on that quote. What many people do not know is that Spectrum Collision is one of the only Certified BMW body shops and if you go to the
site and look for body /​repair locations theirs is the only one within 70 miles of Orange County, CA. This coupled with the candor of their representative made me much more comfortable about proceeding with the repair work. A few delays prevented me from getting the car to them when originally discussed and Gary was more than patient with me. When I finally had time to stop by the Spectrum Collision office Gary met with me and inspected the damage. I discussed my concerns about the need to repaint the door again and he was empathetic, and was very even handed in providing arguments for and against doing the repair at that time. Naturally he wanted my business, but he never made me feel pressured in the slightest. Without hesitation Gary even went so far as to have his detailer buff the damaged area to see if it could be improved to the point where I might be able to live with it. Fortunately this took only a few minutes and in that time he kindly gave me a tour of their repair «show room». I was able to see the quality of their work on vehicles that had just been finalized and I was quite pleased to say the least. Ultimately the detailer was able to improve but not remove the damage from the paint and so we both decided it would be best to have the door repainted. I am due to drop off my car this following Monday and will be missing my new vehicle while it’s repaired. However, I cannot stress how important it is for me to have the sort of care and consideration that Gary was able to provide during the decision process. I’ve done business with many large and small businesses and individuals throughout my career and in that time a keen sense of the sincerity of a business and its representatives has developed. I will be in anticipation of the repairs to my BMW, but I am confident in providing a positive review as their transparency, professionalism and generosity with time and resources made a rather tedious situation (and a slightly anxious car owner) less tense and much more palatable.
As a side note: I’ve read some very polarizing reviews posted here. While I understand it can be very frustrating when things don’t work out the way you hope they might the first go around, you must bare in mind that when ever human beings are involved there will be opportunities for «variation». All things considered, I trust BMW’s certification process and would rather take my chances on a certified shop.

I would give this shop a zero start if the option exists. They definitely over promise you and under delivery. They kept delaying the date for picking up my car. They also over charged you. When I first came for an estimate, they told me $ 1500, then they charged me over $ 5,000! The customer service is terrible!!! Once you dropped off the car, they do not care whatsoever! I got my car back after 5 weeks for minor repairs. I will absolutely not come to this shop ever again! Pick another shop to have your repair done if you don’t want to waste money and time!

DO NOT Choose this shop for repair! I have never written a bad review in my entire life, and I was pissed off by the service the shop delivered. I wish I could give them a zero star. I sent my car in for insignificant repair and it took forever to get it back! First, they told me it’s going to cost around 1000, then they actually charged me for 6000. Second, they kept pushing over the pick up day. If you can not get it done by the day you promised, then why are you making the promises at first point. I finally got my car back after calling them everyday for two weeks, and they did a horrible job. My car seats were really dirty. I wonder if they ever protect the full leather from getting damaged or exposed to paint! So disappointed!!! I highly recommend you to not choose this repair shop!

Just bad experience and not recommended.. Bad service and bad timing.. They told me my car will be fixed in 3 weeks and then it was 3 months.. Very bad communication even with the general manager. .

Just smiles today. I know collision centers mostly get a bad rap as they are like the chiropractors of the car service industry. Low and behold thi gem and Nick from the adjustors department who took the time to check out my Tesla which was hit and runned on last week. I was feeling really crappy for a while.
He kindly saw that he could help touch up the situation and buff out the scratches and in 5 minutes my bumper/​nose cone looked just about as good as it was!
I recommend you all come and find Nick. He is someone who takes ownership and pride in what he does which is rare these days. His bosses need to give him a raise. Thank you Nick. You made my week if not my month.

Sadly my car was deemed a total loss, so no repairs were done at this facility.
This is going to be a review of their customer service.
I was very hesitant on bringing my 2013 BMW 328i here which just suffered major front end damage. When reading through the comments I had not seen many complaints regarding their workmanship… only customer service. So I gave it a shot
First of all…
If you want the job done right… it will take time…
Even the documents I signed warned customers of this… stating no time frame is guaranteed and its approximately one week for every 1K of damage.
Second of all…
It all depends on which advisor you get too.
I contacted Spectrum to let them know AAA will be towing my vehicle to them sometime during the week. Kyle took down all my information and told me he’d give me a call when the car came in.
Once the car was at Spectrum they assigned my case to Johnny Maldjian.
He was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all my emails right away, and was very thorough on what was happening at all times.
I hope I will never have to use their services, but if I do I will surely come back.
Btw when I spoke to AAA they told me if the car was salvageable I brought it to one of the only places that could’ve done the job.

I was devastated after someone hit me in my brand new Mercedes-​Benz. My car had a lot of damage and was in the shop for over three weeks. Johnny gave me updates throughout the entire process, and I never had to call him to ask what the repair status was. When I went to pick up my car, it honestly looked as good as new. You can’t even tell that someone hit me!
Spectrum Collision provides excellent customer service and did a great job on my repairs. Bonus-​They have later hours during the week and this accommodates people with 9 – 5 jobs who have to come in after work.
