We will give you a copy of our estimated charges, which you will sign. Star Auto stand proudly behind our service and low costs. Think of it like oats. If you like fresh top quality oats then you pay for just that and its what you should and will get. Now if you don’t mind oats that have already been through the horse these oats cost a bunch less but you cant but them here. We don’t do that type of work and we do not negotiate to charge that type of rate.
