Omg gem in a wall, we were planning a trip to sequoia national park we made reservations at a different location, they gave us such a big hassle, we left called around and found this place with the best DEAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! HASSLE FREE HE MADE RENTING A CAR A PIECE OF CAKE!

They are THE BEST! We’re going to Vegas for the weekend with my family and friends and was looking for a cheap rent-​a-​car good for 8 people. We went to Garden Grove to look around and found a Korean rent-​a-​car owner that was do rude and not accomodating. Good thing we Unilocaled and found them. Their open til’ 10pm. No hidden charges andthe manager/​owner is very friendly. They’ll tell you upfront how much would it be and no reservations needed! Highly recommeded service!
PS: You can return it even after business hrs on Sundays just drop the key by the door!

What an amazing service, this rental company takes care of all your needs. Super close to John Wayne Airport (SNA). We landed at John Wayne and by the time we got our luggage they were waiting for us outside with their shuttle. Got to their location and the kids car seats were already placed and all we did was to walk around the car with one of their agents for final inspection and within 5 minutes we were on 405 freeway. Thank you Stop-​N-​Go, you guys know how to take care of a visiting family.

We love using Stop-​n-​Go whenever we need a car in souther Calif. We will never rent from a large company again because they are very fast, courteous and always have the best prices with clean cars. Once we get our bags at John Wayne airport, we call Stop-​n-​Go and they are at the curb within five to 8 minutes. We are usually in our rental car five minutes later. We recommend them to all of our friends.

I was looking for a cheap car for one week to get around the city and Stop-​N-​Go offered the cheapest option among 5 – 6 places I called. The staff, which are also the owners, are super friendly and professional and it took them just a few minutes to get me a car (Toyota Yaris). If I ever need to rent a car again in Irvine, this is the spot I will go to.

I so badly wanted to rent a car from this place because of all of the great reviews but because there is a 3 day minimum rental and a limit on mileage I was not able to rent a car from this place. :((however, customer service was beyond excellent !! Ben went out of his way to direct me to where I can find a car with unlimited mileage! thank you so much, I appreciate the extra steps you took Mr. Ben!

There was no record of my reservation, I received an email titled «Rental Confirmation». The worker told me that just means that they will call you. Then they told me they’d cancel someone else’s reservation and charge me double the original price.

Stop & Then Go Car Rental
Reserved a car last minute (30 hours ahead of arrival.) Got an email to say reservation received, but it said they’d still have to confirm a car available. Sent a «Sorry, all booked up» email 2 hours before arrival! I was at airport already. Left me high & dry.
Got a call from the owner with a full apology after seeing my Unilocal review. He’s offered me a free day rental, next time I’m in town. He was sincere and I did make my reservation pretty late. I’ll change my rating to 4 stars. Their price was good and they have restored my faith in their business and in Unilocal

I have used other big companies before and it seems like I got lost in the shuffle. Calling them was easy and they were so friendly on the phone that it made me realize I had called the right place. I was picked up within 10 minutes and the return was just as easy. They were honest, affordable and had a great selection. I will never go back to the big corporate names and tell everyone I know to use them. Thanks for the great service!

I took a chance with Stop Then Go after a bad experience with Hertz in the SNA rental car garage (waited over 20 mins for my car). Returning the car to that garage is *always* bad, as the traffic into the garage can get really backed up. Doesn’t matter which rental provider you use here.
Very happy I took the chance on Stop Then Go. I was picked up within minutes of calling by a very friendly driver (make sure you call, they don’t have a regular shuttle), taken to their off-​site location very close to SNA, and had my car super quick at the (very competitive) rate I was promised online. The car was very clean and didn’t smell weird, which is all I care about in a rental car. When departing, I paid at their location and they quickly dropped me off at the terminal in the same car I had rented.
Book with these guys. They will take care of you and they truly appreciate your business.

I wouldn’t think of rating a car rental company (come on… it’s not like a meal or hotel or something like that) but these guys were great! They picked me up within 10 min of calling and return was equally easy. The week before I waited over an hour to get my car from one of the «big» companies at the airport (with rates that were 2 times that of StopThenGo). I think the only reason for some of the bad reviews out there was due to a previous management (which changed in the last few years).
Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it did require a shuttle ride, but all else was great!
