Whoops! Jen Cucchissi no longer works at Studio C Salon. She’s over at Maxwell’s Salon of London now (
also in Irvine). I’ll have to write a review there after my next haircut. lol.

ASHLEY DOOLEY, remember that name and ask for her when you make your appointment! I had traditionally gone to Sport Clips and never really received anything more than small talk. When my office site moved I was searchin’ for a new place to get a haircut.
Ashley happened to be offering 20% off that week to attract new clients and, well, I figured why the heck not. I’m glad I went to her!
It was the first time I’ve ever had my hair cut, without clippers! As a guy, this is unheard of and I was a bit uneasy about it. How dare I foresake the clippers and get struck by a lightning bolt from the clipper gods!
She gave me her honest opinion about how it looked, made good conversation, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. *Eh hem, sport clips* She is my new hair cutter person!
Studio C, this girl is an asset!

I’ve gotten my hair professionally done at this salon a couple times and I’ve been sooo happy with my experience. I was lucky enough to have Jade color/​trim my hair. She does an amazing job!!! Not to mention the service is awesome too. I’m always offered water, magazine, etc. If your looking for perfection, Jade is your girl!!! So happy I found her. She is a definite keeper. Oh… and so is her dog Minnie. Love ‘em both! :) –Chevy

I’ve been going here for over a year. I really like the feel of the place. Open, airy… everyone seems friendly. I appreciate Ashley. As my stylist, she listens to what I say, but will tactfully let me know what she agrees or disagrees on, but will always implement what I want or what we agree upon.
I have always said, the mark of a great stylist is one that can cut your hair so that it grows out wonderfully. Although I prefer to have my hair cut with the blade, I have no complaints with Ashley’s styling skills, whatever tool she uses

It’s been more than 3 weeks since I had my hair cut but I still get compliments as if it was yesterday! Steve Weber is the best Hair stylist you can have, I love the way he treats your hair as if they were an art piece. The passion and the love he puts in his work makes me wanna cut my hair every other week. My husband has been cutting his hair with Steve for years as well and he would never go anywhere else. Steve, you are amazing!!!

I have chosen to leave Studio C since my stylist has parted ways with them. Stephen Mendelson and Dee Lescault are the best and are now styling/​coloring at Vogue Salon in Newport Beach. Well worth the few extra miles for the best cut and color EVER.

I am so happy I was referred to Studio C!!! I had my hair heat damaged beyond repair from another salon and was referred to Nova at Studio C. She is AMAZING! I was not happy about having to have my hair cut short, but she did such a great job and I left in tears because I was so happy with it. Not only is she a great stylist, she is also super sweet and really listened to what I wanted.
The salon itself was clean and nice and all the staff were friendly and professional.
I would definitely recommend Studio C and Nova!

This is a top notch salon with highly qualified stylist and a professional support staff. Other reviews mention the price but you get what you pay for!!! I am a high maintenance client who knows what she wants and I get it every time. I go to Dee and have followed her all over orange county for over 15 years. She is creative, responsive, fun to talk to, whiling to take risks, will tell you the truth about your hair and desired style. She is by far the best hair dresser in the oc!!! Make an appointment today! You will be happy you did.

I have been going to see Daniella at Studio C Salon for over a year now and I would not go anywhere else!!! She is an amazing colorist and stylist. Daniella has waxed my daughters brows and also cut and highlighted her hair, she has done the Brazilian Blow Out on my hair which I love, she really is the whole package! As Daniella has said in the past «I do anything that makes you beautiful» and I have to say I always leave there feeling beautiful! Thank you Daniella and i will see you in 3 weeks! :)

I only go here for Shannon. She’s hard to book, and the salon price is up there, so it’s only when I can afford it I book with her. Can’t say I have experienced anyone else. The salon atmosphere is nice, and they do serve complimentary beverages.

Got a deece price on my haircut for it being a higher end salon but my hair cut was nothing what I asked for I was very disappointed and for 30 $ you would think I’d at least get what I wanted o well.

Sorry to all those people who’ve had bad experiences, but I understood why immediately… THEY DIDN’T HAVE NOVA!
Nova’s one of the rockin’ stylists there: experienced, cool to talk to, always cuts my hair to perfection. Also, she has an awesome name! So yeah. Go back, get Nova, be happy. :)

So I’m pretty picky when it comes to my hair color and for months I was trying to find a good salon that i could trust. My good friend referred me to this place and i decided to give it a try. My stylist was Daniella and i was amazingly happy with the outcome of my hair. All my friends have been complimenting my hair and I told them all to come to Studio C Salon because i was extremely pleased. You have to go to Daniella she is amazing!!!

I won’t trust my hair with anyone else except for Steve Webber. Not only is my hair always cut and colored perfectly, he’s a cool dude too, so cool that my husband and brother-​in-​law both won’t go to anyone else either. He’s worth the $ 70 for a haircut and I drive from Beverly Hills too.

Such a great salon, everyone here is really friendly, and the enviroment is comfortable. Daniella is phenomenal if you’re looking for flawless color and precision hair cuts, Steve Webber is also just as amazing for creative haircuts, and flawless color.

I have super curly, thin hair and have always been wary about letting anyone cut it. I got a referral to Courtney Rauchle from my sorority sister who has even curlier hair than me so I decided to go for it. I am SO SO SO happy with my haircut, Courtney is incredible! She was very sweet and professional and really listened to what I wanted. My hair looks great curly and straight, and it’s all thanks to Courtney! She also recommended some great products for me to use and was just very helpful overall.
Bottom line: if you have curly hair, go to Courtney!

I came in a while ago for a little spur of the moment haircut. They won me over from the get-​go when they offered me champagne. To top it off the stylist was very sweet and did an amazing job wih my hair. The products they used smelled delicious and the whole experience was relaxing. I went home feeling like one of Charlies Angels with my big, sexy hair. The only reason this salon did not get a 5 star rating was because the prices made my wallet sad.

I saw this salon featured in one of those «hair magazines» and I loved the cut in the picture I saw, noticed that the place was in Irvine and thought «how convenient and close! I should check it out!» — and boy was I glad I did! They did an excellent job on my hair. I came in with super long hair and told them I had nothing in mind, so be creative. I let them do whatever they wanted and they gave me a new short, chic haircut unlike any other I’ve had. I loved the coloring they did too. I’d definitely come here again in the future, I’m surprised there are no reviews on Unilocal yet!
