Studio H Fine Art was founded by Iris Heffes, Orange County based artist who is committed to create an atmosphere that fosters imagination and nurtures creativity. Each student is recognized as a unique artist with unlimited potential, and each given profound respect in the studio. The relaxed, open and comfortable environment offered at Studio H Fine Art is the perfect place to grow and earn appreciation for art. A wide range of classes and workshops are offered here so that children, teens and adults may explore endless artistic possibilities.

Business Owner

Iris Heffes is an internationally respected artist working with mixed media on canvas. Her artwork varies from figurative sculptures to textured abstract paintings. Iris has developed an innovative collection of paintings merging clay and rocks on canvas, which she calls sculpted paintings.

For me, a business that respects you as a customer, and provides high professional service deserves 5 stars. I came here upon my friend’s recommendation, and from the first minute I knew that I would keep coming. The owner, Iris, is a wonderful lady, who makes you feel comfortanle and welcomed. But that is not all. The most important thing for me is definitely the quality of the instructions. I have tried two different classes here, and in both cases the instructors were highly qualified. The tuition is very reasonable, and overall it is a great value.

My daughter has been attending classes at Studio H Fine Art since they opened in 2014 and she loves every minute of it! My daughter is very creative and struggled in classes where they made the kids copy a specific design. Iris encourages her to dream and express herself in whatever medium they are working with. Iris teaches them technique and then lets them loose with their imagination. If my daughter wants to sculpt a mermaid on her vase or draw an unicorn eating an ice cream cone when sketching with charcoal she can. She has thrived with Iris and the other artists on staff.
The summer camps are fabulous with all kinds of creative projects! While you are there, be sure to check out Iris’ gallery — she is an amazing painter and sculptor and her gallery is filled with treasures that will look wonderful in your home.

Studio H is were I come to relax from the daily routine and release my creativity in a comforting, fun environment. I can’t believe how sometimes 3 hours of fun creating seams like 10 minuets. I recommend this studio and it’s very talented owner and instructors. Both my daughter and I love going there.

I’m doing sculpting class at the studio every Thursday evening, and my kids doing that on the afternoon. The studio if new and beautiful, the teacher Iris is so patient and love teaching. The prices are very reasonable and includes the materials. I recommend to try, you won’t stop!
