High quality merchandise for a great price!
I bought glasses from their cart, specifically the polarized wayfarers, and absolutely loved it! It was relatively cheap compared to other brand name glasses but work just as well and look absolutely stunning! The employee were very nice and made sure the glasses fit their high standards for quality. I will definitely be a returning customer!

If I was able to submit this review with a zero star, I would have. Please don’t buy from this company or any of their booths at the malls! I would like to file a complaint for
. This past Sunday, 12÷17÷13, I purchased two pairs of sunglasses (2 for $ 20) from one of their booths. Ten minutes later, I changed my mind and decided to return them since I found a better deal at a different store. I looked at my receipt with the credit card purchase and there was nothing printed on the receipt that states «no refunds and/​or exchanges». Furthermore, there were no signs posted anywhere on their booth that would state otherwise. When I told her I wanted to return the glasses, she informed me of there «no refunds and/​or exchanges» policy. I showed her the receipt which did not state their return policy. She said that it was on the other receipt that she failed to give me, and she then proceeded to grab it from the register and tried to casually hand it over to me. As a consumer, I was not informed nor was it on the receipt that I was given.
Right after that incident, I tried calling the number on the receipt, but given that it’s Sunday, no one answered. On Tuesday, 12÷17÷13, I called the number I found on
(949−553−0590). I immediately asked for a manager, which I believed her name to be Gina. When she asked which location, she stated the booth was sold to a «Don Kim». When I asked her for his contact information, she merely stated of not having it. To my surprise, I simply stated that there must be a record of it, and she proceeded to tell me it would «take days to look through their records.» I told her I didn’t mind waiting and that it was imperative I get a hold of the owner due to their employee’s malpractice. She advised me to call my bank and request to cancel my transaction due to acquiring a «defective merchandise.» I communicated to her that I would not lie to my bank because the product was not defective; I just simply wanted to return it. I expressed to her my preference in contacting the owner of the booth, however she sternly stated that would not be a possibility due to it being the end of the year. When I asked for her name, she declined and hung up. I called her several times requesting her name or her manager’s name, however she hung up numerous of times. She simply kept stating «I am the controller; there is no one higher than me.» I tried the toll-​free number (800−959−6001) found on the same website thinking it’s their corporate office, but the same lady answered and recognizing my number said «same number» and hung up. I have never encountered this type of situation, and I’m truly appalled by her rudeness.
At this point it is not about returning the sunglasses, but the treatment I received with
. I am a consumer that was mistreated and disrespected. I will never buy from this company or any booths that are similar to this type of business because of their unprofessional behavior. Furthermore, for a representative to advise me to lie to my bank in order to get my money back is not only unethical but I consider it to be stealing. A representative that continuously hung up on me, was ill-​mannered, unprofessional, and unethical. It is not only appalling but definitely does not deserve the right to represent
