Bunch of fusking retards. Gave me the wrong order and also charged me for the wrong order. I ended up paying like 20 $ for some other families food. Ruined my Lunch for the last god damn time

They were supposed to be open at 6:30am… It’s 7:06am and still not open. Saw a worker just walk in to get set up.

This TB is so annoying. You *have* to order on the stupid screen it takes five million years. They have family style seating with uncomfortable metal high stools, a patio area with wood blocks to sit on, they’re trying to be all modern and trendy but all I want is my food fast! Also– bathrooms have no mirror? Wth. I mean the food is Taco Bell… So it’s still delicious. But JesusH. Go one block away to another TB unless you love wasting your life poking at a screen. And … end rant.

Ordered at 1:54 never received my food. After waiting 30minutes I asked what was taking so long my order wasn’t even on the board so I got a refund totally not worth the wait. Good thing Costco was close by. Never coming to this place again.

I came here with my husband on a Sat morning for a small snack before lunch. It is one of the cleanest and more modern TB’s that I have been to. There are 5 – 6 electronic ordering stations which expedite the order and allows you to customize your order. Our order came out within a couple of minutes without any errors. There is also a small outdoor sitting area and this TB is located near a major shopping center with Costco, Whole Foods, Target and TJ Maxx. Definitely recommend and will return.

2.5 stars? Really??? I just moved out of state and holy hell I am shocked by how much worse other Taco Bells can be. Even in OC, this Taco Bell is the cream of the crop. No waiting for disgruntled employees to(incorrectly) take your order — this place has KIOSKS. They ALWAYS got my order right. Cheesy bean and rice burrito grilled and add chipotle sauce? No problem. I’ve been with people who made EXCESSIVELY complicated orders and even theirs turned out perfectly. Also, their potatoes are always freshly fried. No cold, withered garbage potatoes. Other taco bells aren’t even worth the calories. I miss you, Barranca TB. As a side note, this also seems to be the location where they roll out(or test) new menu items first. So that’s fun.

I love this Taco Bell!!! This Taco Bell has 8 self serve digital touch screen menus that you can order from! :) I’m an indecisive person, so having the digital touch screen helps, since I can take my time deciding what I want on my food! If you have trouble using the touch screens menu, they have staff members to help you out. After you order, you can pay with your debit/credit card and once your order is done, they’ll call you by the initial you put your order in! This was a pretty neat concept. The interior of this location is very modern and always clean. Sometimes, the staff members will come around and ask if you’re done and take your tray. That’s pretty awesome!

I like this location! They have friendly staff, lots of screens that you can self-order at & they have re-modeled the inside & out. It looks really nice. I added a picture of their new outdoor seating area right in front.

This place was recently remodeled. One can now order using a touchscreen(without talking) and pay with a credit card at the many kiosks in the store.(I’m not sure where one would go if they were to pay with cash.) When one’s order is ready there is a TV that will display the order when it’s done. After we paid it came out quickly and the order was accurate. I had to talk with no one, so that’s not factored into anything – which I really prefer to having to verbally communicate. I don’t have to talk with anyone and cause communications errors and I can browse to my leisure without being criticized for taking too long. So the numerical rating is more than appropriate to this experience and possibly any future experiences.

Wow, 2 remodels since 2013 has made this place seriously modern. 3 self serve touch screens have replaced the registers, though there still is someone to pay if you have cash. Drive thru is still taken by a cashier. Less staff, but it actually seems like they are moving slower now with all this new technology. Once you are able to navigate it’s only marginally slower than ordering from a cashier. Having full customization of items is great, but cumbersome for standard items, just too many options, making it hard to order the staples. I dig the new interior. They lose the South Western color scheme and décor for a somewhat gastropub ish feel. Much more open. Bathrooms still suck, but that’s par for the course. Food is the same, maybe less sloppy on the item builds. I like being able to select your own name and seeing the progress of your order on the queue screen. The upper tv’s where the old menu was is now gone and they’ve replaced it with print menu’s that are laminated cards. The screen simply can’t condense things well enough. E-mail entry is archaic for the keyboard interface. This upgrade has kind of destroyed the launch of their app which doesn’t sync with the locations now that the kiosks have taken over. I’ve upgraded my rating because it’s cleaner now that the employees have more time with the ordering duties reduced. Touch screens get dirty quickly and i wish they had a cleaning routine on these.

food is cooked as it should be, although im ashamed to say i eat here, I also have not had a complaint about the food. Its always the genius’s forgetting something. Bugs me the most they ask«would you like any sauce?» and I say yes please, and poof like some kind of moron magic I’m handed the bag with no f!@#$ sauce! Haha you literally JUST asked me 2 seconds prior, do you have a memory of a fish? Thank god you aren’t making important decisions anywhere.

What an experience. They have these computers where do a self order process. The interior design looks very modern. Once your completely your order by credit card, the system picks up your name and puts it on a monitor. I always order a beef chalupa. The crunchiness of the bread is the best part.

Want a quick meal and want to save money, and don’t want McDonald’s or other terribly unhealthy fast food? Taco Bell is absolutely the place to go. Very wallet-friendly! 2 bean burritos here runs you just a couple dollars and fills you up. It is also not particularly unhealthy, considering it’s just beans. Sure, Taco Bell is not the healthiest place to go. However, it is certainly the cheapest place to eat, second only to cooking in at home. Plus, it is rather quick. If you’re out and hungry, even a single bean burrito can tide you over, and it only costs pocket change! Literally. Also, they occasionally have specials where you can get things like Fritos burritos and some other choices for $ 1. There are also many other cheap choices like a 5 layer burrito and others. I like the 5 layer burrito and I have them remove the sour cream from it and that improves the health, and taste in my opinion. I love the mild sauce here, I even open up all the burritos to add an extra mild sauce inside. Oh yes, and I think the thing that really saved Taco Bell was their partnership with Frito-Lay, adding Fritos and Doritos into their foods. You absolutely MUST try the Doritos taco! It is amazing! By the way, I only know I love the Nacho Cheese favor, & Cool Ranch flavors of Doritos Tacos. I read some bad reviews about them, but in the picture it looks like they got the plain kind. Well I guess don’t get the plain kind because I LOVED the Nacho Cheese and Cool Ranch flavors! Taco Bell is certainly not a place you go for all your meals if you are trying to be healthy, but if you are out and don’t like throwing away your wallet, this is the place to go! Taco Bell here in SoCal are still slightly higher priced that other locations in the country,($ 1.19 for a bean burrito whereas in other geographical areas it is $ 0.89), but they are absolutely ridiculously cheaper than the exorbitantly overpriced-ness of all the other food chains here in SoCal. On a side note, for locations with the Pizza Hut partnerships, the pizza is pretty terrible, I would say absolutely do not order the Pizza Hut pizza inside any Taco Bells. If you go to Taco Bell, just order the Taco Bell food, and avoid any Pizza Hut food. This location is pretty clean and pretty safe. It is in a convenient location as many people may pass by here on their way to work, or when shopping. I also find the staff here to be friendly and the service to be sufficient. Taco Bell is hands-down THE budget place to eat out in Southern California(or anywhere in the U.S., for that matter). Plus, I just love the food, although this is personal preference(plus, I think the low cost makes it taste better!). I highly recommend Taco Bell for any time you don’t want to injure your wallet for a quick bite to eat. UPDATE: I read all the terrible reviews. I do not think that is fair at all! You are giving it one star because it’s cheap? Really? What, you want to pay a high price for fast food? Give me a break. Please people stop leaving negative reviews, Taco Bell is a good cheap place to go to eat and I don’t want them raising their prices because your bad reviews made people avoid them! Taco Bell is the cheapest possible place to eat, and I strongly disagree with people who said the food is bad. Maybe you are getting the wrong things. I usually only get tacos, bean burritos, all the $ 1 items during the sales, 5 layer burritos without sour cream, and a few other things including the quesadillas which are also great and cheap. So I can’t really speak for some other the other things on the menu. It’s absolutely an excellent place to go to get a cheap bite to eat, and it tastes plenty good, and it tastes absolutely excellent for the price. Plus, the service is good! How can you beat that? Seriously, I mean I am a picky person, but I think that the people leaving bad reviews are just culturally biased against Taco Bell, or were just having a bad day. I don’t think they are honestly reviewing Taco Bell. I really do not think all these negative reviews are fair at all. Maybe it has to do with the quality of people Taco Bell attracts. Dirt poor people who are run down in life in an expensive area and feeling angry at everything and are low class and trashy. Or maybe they are trying to compare Taco Bell to their Mexican mom’s home cooking! Well that’s not fair. You cannot compare a $ 1 burrito to a genuine Mexican home-cooked burrito. That’s just not a fair comparison. You can’t say that Taco Bell deserves 1 star because their $ 1 burrito is not near as good as your priceless home-cooked genuine Mexican burrito! Give me a break. It’s $ 1! :) Bumped from 4 to 5 stars for that. I believe that Taco Bell is a cubic zirconium in an expensive world of diamonds — that is, they are just about as good but far, far cheaper! :D Now that is really good! Diamonds are overrated anyway. :P

First time going to Taco Bell here and I rarely eat it since I moved. I’m pretty cranky too right now. Anyways, I ordered a nacho supreme and I noticed that when I got home there were no tomatoes. That’s my favorite part too :(there was also no napkins :(Oh well. Kind sounding cashier makes up for the 2 stars.

Ok so I can either get a crunch wrap with bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and fritos for a dollar, or a tiny bowl of rice, or tiny bowl of pinto beans. So rice and beans $ 2. Souped up wrap $ 1. Wow… seems wrong. Even if it was .50… $ 1 for beans and rice or a crunch wrap… seems prejudice against people trying to eat healthy.

I came here today for their newest creation — the waffle taco! Glad I got to try it, but«eh» It was a fairly stale waffle in a taco shell shape with a greasy sausage patty and scrambled eggs inside, and they give you maple syrup for it. It was a mess to eat, and wasn’t very good(recommend using the syrup — it did help). The McGriddle is wayyyy better. At least it was only like 89 cents or something. :D (You can try the waffle taco here, or at the taco bell on redhill just off the 5)

*Thumbs up* None. *Thumbs down“ The Doritos Locos tacos are pretty bad. First off, the shell is so paper thin and brittle that it shatters into a dozen different pieces at the slightest pressure. No wonder it comes with that cardboard«holster.» Inside, the ingredients were so meager. What a rip-off and waste of $ 1.29. I rather go to Del Taco and buy a real bag of frickin’ Doritos.
