Bad customer service! I called in my order 15 minutes before coming in and they said that I must have called the wrong place. Ummm no, my phone log clearly says I called you. I would have been totally fine with a «I’m sorry we accidentally gave away you’re order» because I understand things happen but instead you tried to blame me. Also, when you complain on their website it says«if you don’t hear back from us within a week, try again». Are you serious? So the terrible customer service comes from corporate all the way down the chain. The only reason they got two stars is because the food is decent but not worth the rude people working there.

First time ever eating at the Flame Broiler. Good was good. I would have given five stars but they had no salt or pepper available to use. Nice healthy lunch

DONOTCOMETOTHISFLAMEBROILER! I love eating at flame broiler, the quality is consistent and prices aren’t bad. I’m a fan of getting all veggies and no rice. The staff at this location is consistently terrible. Whenever I come here they either are rude, having the TV blaring, take forever to make the food, or don’t even put together your to-go order until you arrive. I want to pull out my hair after visiting this location. Do yourself a favor and visit the location on Harbor or on Jamboree.

This location is always great except for the crowds at noon. This time we came in at 11:50. Ha! Front of the line! 1 minute later the line was already out the door. There were plenty of seats outside today. Perfect for the 80° day we had. The chicken was just right as well. A 5 star lunch indeed.

The best FB I’ve ever been too. The place looks nice, clean and the staff is very friendly. You get the feeling immediately as you walk in the door that this is a successful location. The walls are not painted red and green they are tiled red and green. The food was prepared fast and everything tasted fresh and hot just like I expected. My only complaint is that this location does not allow you to fill your own little plastic dishes with the magic sauce, they are ore filled and ready for you. I personally like to mix the sauces. I like a little of the spicy green sauce mixed in with the magic sauce and you don’t get to do that at this particular location.

Cheap owner won’t take coupons now for some reason even though we’ve used them here before and the ad has their store as participating won’t be coming back here again.

Only gets one star because you have to give one star to post. Actually deserves nothing. I work right by this location. I received a whole page of coupons to use at flame broilers, then went to the location right next door where they told me they do not honor those coupons! Seriously? Then why did you send them. They gave me a phone number to Corporate office, which wasn’t actually a corporate office, more like a Corporate restaurant who told me I could drive to Santa Ana and use the Coupon there. I hate when people FALSEADVERTISE their goods! Besides that the chicken bowl is super processed and doesn’t even taste like real chicken.

Food is fair and one of the best values around here for lunch. However, I don’t think I can come here anymore. Last week, exceptionally slow service. This week, they wouldn’t honor a coupon which doesn’t expire for another 17 days… The reason: the printer printed too many. So they’re willing to alienate a customer over six bucks… I drank a bottle of their«magic sauce» to get my coupons worth.

I usually get the chicken bowl. I think it’s pretty tasty for a fast food type of place. Although if you are in a rush then I suggest calling in your order first because they only start grilling once your order is placed and it can take up to 10 min for it to be ready. However, that’s why the food here is more fresh and flavorful. I think it’s a good, healthy option compared to most other fast food and also it does keep you full for a while :))

The Starbucks of lunch spots. This spot is very efficient. Appreciated that. Lunch was great. Magic and hot sauce pre-loaded. Win. Win. Win. Parking lot is a war zone but I’ll deal for this Flame Broiler location.

I love that I order over the phone and just go there to pay! However, I do wish that they did the orders online so you can also pay online.

Yum! Yum! Love that this is healthy and tasty! Great concept! No frying. No tranfat. No MSG. No skin! Fresh, fast. Nice portion. Love the sauces hot. Hotter. Hottest. Araceli explained the concept as I said I’m a 1st timer. Nice job! Good customer presence! Had the works bowl! Did white meat chicken and beef. Added green onions. Broccoli, cabbage, brown rice. Come to Nor Cal!

It going to lie, I love the Flamebroiler! They offer amazing bowls with either teriyaki chicken or beef. You can get brown or white rice and of course vegetables. Their meats are always fresh. I personally order the Teriyaki Chicken bowl with white rice no vegetables and extra green onion. Make sure to get extra«magic sauce» and you are in for a treat. They are relatively inexpensive and depending on what and how you order it can be a healthy lunch or dinner. Only downfall is there is not a drive thru!

Nicely located near my work. The works veggie style(as in no rice) can never go wrong. Douse it with some spicy sauce and you have yourself a healthy lunch. My new default option! Only thing that sucks is parking so here’s a tip for a busy lunch day… park at the the complex on the backside off MacArthur :)

Yummy protein with or without veggie bowl. Good portion. You can modify your bowl. Also they have a secret green spicy sauce, ask cashiers, so good better than red sauce. Service, depending on when you go, it can get busy. Don’t come hangry during lunch madness. I rather my food be cooked through than rush the possibility of getting sick. So just sick back and watch a little tube and relax your bowl is on its way!

no added msg, no dairy, no trans fat, no skin, no frying, no hfcs. they didn’t mention anything about hormone injected chickens /cows right? no, they obviously don’t offer free range poultry. regardless, flame broiler is flame broiler, it creates an illusion that it’s healthy but in reality most of the bowl is rice. this location is probably the best i’ve been to because they actually make the veggies right, i like my veggies more cooked and soft, other flame broilers i’ve been to would literally serve raw veggies(think hard carrots, cabbages). quick place to grab lunch on the go. plenty of people around the corporate park taking bowls to go and sauce upon request.

First time ever trying Flame Broiler. It will be my office lunch favorites… Fantastic for a healthy, quick lunch at an affordable price. Close enough to my office, crowded corner parking lot during lunch hours. Very tasty chicken veggie bowl for only $ 6.60 + tax. Comes with brown or white rice, and you can request all veggies, no rice, if you want no carb diet!!! :-)

Your typical Flame Broiler. Service was good but you definitely have to order ahead in order to get your food quicker because this place gets PACKED! At least the money is good here lol.

Since my first post was removed I add this they reported me because this is how they handle their business allowing employees to stand on serving tables during busy business hours. Place is a joke absolute joke.
