The Princeton Review

I had a wonderful experience with The Princeton Review LSAT prep. My tutor, Peter Hanink was wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me prepare for the test. They are flexible with scheduling and allow you to match yourself with a tutor that works best with your personality. I would recommend this test prep to anyone!

I actually would give them 0 stars, I signed my son up for SAT prep classes in Corona CA, a week before classes were to start I recived a cancellation call from someone, and they asked if I would like to reschudlee at some other location or refund, I asked for the refund and men was that a mistake, I never recived any refunds from PR after many calls and emails to them, but later my bank refunded $ 1200 out of $ 1600 I paid PR and never received any service from PR. They are quick at taking ur money but very bad at service. Keep in mind it’s not only abt money but it also delayed my son SAT test. He wasn’t ready for SAT test coz of PR. They don’t care abt students, they r in it for money only. Worst place to trust with ur child’s future, I took my son to Elite in Anaheim Hills and they are amazing, they r wroth the drive, trust a mother. Gd luck and stay away from PR.

We should tell our high schools to stop recommending them to parents.

My daughter’s score only increased by 40 pts. they promise refund of tuition if you don’t improve by 200 pts. DON’t believe it. they make it virtually impossible to get that refund.

My daughter was signed up for an SAT prep course. However, 4 days before the prep classes were to begin, I received a call that the classes were cancelled. The manner in which this situation was handled was less than satisfactory. The options I were given were laughable.
I highly recommend not to use the princeton review. There are so many other reliable tutoring options. Princeton Review was completely unreliable, unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Don’t do it.
I spend a lot of money ($ 2,700) on a private Princeton review tutor for my daughter. It was a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating. The customer service was awful.
The tutor would constantly reschedule at the last minute and then blame us for not being there. My daughter test scores didn’t improve in the slightest. Then they switched us to a regular class to start over and no one showed up for the first two sessions except a bunch of angry parents. This is a safety concern when sending 16 year-​old girl to an empty college building on a weekend by herself!
It is very difficult to keep a teenager motivated going through this testing process when the support can’t seem to get their act together.
On top of everything, they never once apologized and made us feel like it was our fault some how.

Terrible customer service, extremely unprofessional, and inconsiderate.
I understand cancelling class because there isn’t enough students in a class the first time, but leaving my brother hanging dry is unacceptable!
My brother signed up for the SAT prep class and they weren’t even there. They also neglect to call or inform us that the class was cancelled yet again. Luckily, my mom was there waiting for the teacher so that my brother wouldn’t have been abandoned.
They eventually gave us our refund after an email was sent out. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They will abandon your kids or yourself and leave you out to dry.

I didn’t need standardized testing to get into college because I transferred in. I’d have my (yet nonexistent) kid try this though. I’m using the LSAT books to study right now and they keep you calm with strategies about key words to look for and tables to draw in order to analyze information. My instructor never got his JD because he had a perfect test so he’s been teaching this ever since. This is the kind of thing that keeps your brain fit even if you don’t intend to apply to law school.

As I am college bound I feel every student younger than me needs to calm down and recognize that getting into college isn’t as hard as it seems.
albeit I haven’t gotten into any colleges yet, thank god my SAT scores should get me in somewhere. SAT’s are such a drag that getting them done right is always good. Don’t fool yourself, you’re not going to study on your own. Two three hour classes a week for a month can REALLY help you out.
The people are awesome, my teacher was a quirky guy named Travis (awesome name) who does free walking in his spare time. I even spoke with the CEO of TPR and he helped me out quite a few times, personally.
Thank god for SAT prep. This one won’t make you throw the rest of your life away for the SAT, but it’ll get you an extra couple hundred points.
