History
Established in 2009.
Tony’s «Total Body Project» was created in order to continue my quest to make a positive influence in people’s lives.
This all started 9 years ago, as my college roommate at the time was quite overweight. I decided to help him get on track and get in shape. As he lost the weight, his confidence grew. And as his confidence grew his life got better. He ended losing a total of 50 lbs and his life changed. This is when I learned that health and fitness are directly correlated to happiness and quality of life.
After college, I pursued a career in the fitness industry. As a personal trainer, I was fascinated by how quickly the body can change. I excelled at helping clients reach tremendous goals and was quickly promoted to fitness manager and eventually general manager.
As I climbed the corporate ladder, I was getting further away from what I love best. It was then that I decided it was time to go solo and hence Total Body Project was formed.
