I left my company of 5 years to join the team at Trinity Property Consultants in February of 2013, and never looked back. The support and teamwork exhibited by everyone within the Trinity organization is truly motivating, and the face time with the Executive Management Team during the quarterly property tours is invaluable. I have never worked for a company with such caring, brilliant people and can honestly say I have grown as a Regional as a result of the support and guidance I have received in my (almost) 3 years with Trinity. I look forward to growing and paving my career path with them, as I have found my forever home.

I’ve had great luck with Trinity Property Consultants in Arizona. They do a fabulous job with making the old new again. The office staff at The Nines was always pleasant and went out of their way to take care of me, and maintenance was on top of their game. Highly recommended!

Awful company. You can’t get an answer at the apartment complex or trinity itself, I’ve left messages no call back ever. We pay too much rent for run down apartments, to be run by awfully rude staff. Nothing gets fixed. There is no grace period for rent, so if your late they charge 100.00 if that’s not paid by the end of the month they charge another 100.00. I’ve had mold in my apartment 3 times! Infested with bugs but there’s a pest control fee added to rent but pest control has never been seen at the complex. The computer system said we owed 300.00 for rent, but the manager said 1200.00 and no one from trinity will call and explain this to me.

If I could rate a negative comment I would. I had fees that were «waived» which maybe they should look up and see that the definition of wavied means «to give up right to claim/​collect» that now I owe on. Their properties are riddled with mold, roof leaves, crappy appliances and horrible management. There is NO contact information to them has they don’t give a rats butt about their clients and residents. They change rent and shit on you when you move in and the people in the office are clueless about everything. We lived in conditions that even prisoners don’t live in and we were expected to pay every month for this crap! We called the office one time and were told what we owed for rent and utilities and were given the wrong amount resulting in late fees being attached 4 freaking months after. We didn’t have hot water for months, but ya know that’s not important, we had MOLD, we had rude office staff. Worst experience ever

I am not pleased with the person in change over my complex here through Trinity Property Consults. If there was a way that I couldn’t give a star I sure would. I email the person in charge of my complex and never got a response or anything. I understand that she may be busy but she could take some time out to let me know that she got the email and was looking in to my problems that I have been having.
This company truly is by far the worst. They treat their employees horrible and renters just as bad. It is funny they brought our complex did up grades and went up a one hundred and thirty dollars on our rent. Funny thing is I don’t have a upgraded apartment.
I was told by someone who worked in our front office they are trying to get the Blacks and Hispanics out of the property. Really some management!

I have been trying to resolve my issue since MAY 2014 and I have gotten absolutely nowhere. I’m writing my review on here in hopes to getting my refund back.
I am writing to inform you of the unsatisfactory service that I have experienced in the past couple months while dealing with the management and employees at the Solage Apartments that you are currently managing. I have never dealt with a company so unorganized before. Your company’s website states that you strive for «integrity, communication, accountability, loyalty, and excellence» from my experience I can honestly say that your company lacks every single one of your «values». The employees at Solage Apartments have been nothing but rude to me every single time I call, Liz the manager even told the employee that I was talking to that she would not be calling me back while I was on the phone. Your employees tell me whatever I want to hear so I can get off the phone but they never follow through with what they promise to do. They tell me they will call me back once they speak to the manager or once they get a current status on my situation and I don’t hear back from them, EVER. I always have to be the one to follow up with them. It is so bad now that my calls are no longer being answered. I have to physically drive down there so I can get an update. Even then it is always the same story «the regional manager is on vacation, he will contact you ASAP, he was supposed to come in yesterday but he hasn’t come in, he will be in tomorrow.» There is so much uncertainty in that office I really do not know how your company is up and running.
I signed my 30 day notice On March 1, 2014, when I went in the office I advised the person that gave me the form that my roommate was out of town fulfilling his military obligations and that he would not be back until mid month, the representative I spoke with understood and said that it would not be a problem and to just have him come in when he was back from training. On March 14, 2014 my roommate had returned and went in to sign the lease. It was never mentioned to him that the move out date would have to be changed to April 14, 2014 because it was 30 days after the second party had signed the 30 day notice. April 1^st came around I turned in my keys as originally planned, and still no one had mentioned the move out date being April 14, 2014. To my knowledge everything was taken care of. I did not hear anything from the employees at Solage to notify me that I still had an outstanding balance; I did not even receive a final statement. It was not until the middle of May that I received a call from a representative at a collection agency notifying me that I had 4 days to pay the total amount due which was $ 583.00 in full or else my credit would be affected. I was forced to pay what I did not owe in a matter of four days. I have been trying to get my reimbursement since May and I have yet to get anything resolved. When I go to the office I get told that they are waiting for the regional manger to come and review my documents so that he can reimburse me. Five months have passed and I’m still at square one with this process. I called Trinity Property Consultants hoping to get some sort of answer and I have yet to receive a call back from them. According to the Soldiers and Sailors act we could have terminated the lease as soon as his active duty military orders were received, we chose to fulfill our obligation to Solage Apartments and we still got charged for the extra two weeks rent.
I have done more than enough on my part to try and resolve this issue; I submitted the proper documentation to Solage as well as to the Collection agency to further prove that I was wrongly charged. I have given Trinity and Solage Apartments plenty of chances to refund me my money, no one seems to know or care enough to push this issue forward. This will be my last attempt before I am forced to take legal action against Trinity Property Consultants. I am prepared to do so. I am asking to be reimbursed the $ 583.00 that I was wrongly charged. $ 250.00 to cover late fees that I have had to pay throughout the 5 months due to the fact that your company has not refunded me my money in a timely manner. Also, I would like to be compensated $ 300.00 for the time that I had to spend calling your company, driving to the apartment complex, and the hardship that your company has caused on me and my family due to the lack of attention to detail and the lack of integrity that your company and your employees hold.

This company is horrible. They bought my complex in July 2013, by February 2014 they decided they would not accept Section 8 vouchers. They stereotyped people on Section 8 as all being poor, elderly and/​or disabled. Actually there are a lot of college students on Section 8. Any way we were all told our leases would not be renewed. I was at the end of my lease so I took this as notification, however when I went and told them I had found a place to move, they said I owed them 60 days. I said well fine, I would go month to month for the 60 days I knew there would be a month to month fee. Next I know they raised the rent almost double for these 2 months. They also changed their website to where a partial payment could not be made, when I tried to change the amount to the actual amount owed it zapped over a $ 1,000 from my account. I put a stop payment on the account, then paid with a money order. They sent the check through anyway and now they have been double paid and are refusing to reimburse the money saying they will give me a credit. Well since I don’t live there any longer, a credit does me no good.
