Tripepi Smith & Associates (TSA) provides technology and accounting services to small and mid-​sized companies and associations. We help clients take a holistic approach to managing technology, finances and marketing.

Services include: social networking marketing, website development, technology infrastructure management, logo design, branding, bookkeeping, financial analysis and cost analysis and reduction.

The firms is led by its principals: Ryder and Nicole Smith.

Ryder has over 13 years of experience in the information technology field. His specialty is helping companies and people meet their financial and personal goals through the application of technology.

Nicole spent over four years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in their Business Assurance group focused primarily on the real estate market and since worked in financed departments at several companies before co-​founding TSA. Nicole is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor.

History

Established in 2001.

TSA was strated to encapsulate the skills of its two founders in a vehicle that would allow them to work with multiple clients and share their experiences with as many people as possible.

Nicole had experience with both the accounting firm and the internals of the accounting departments at companies and, based on that experience, knew how to add value to clients to make working with auditors more efficient.

Ryder had seen the challenges of matching business goals with technology plans and wanted to help as many companies as possible make good decisions about technology and, perhaps more importantly, avoid bad decisions.

Ryder has over 13 years of experience in the information technology field. His specialty is helping companies and people meet their financial and personal goals through the application of technology. His industry experience includes: defense, staffing, mortgage, health insurance and e-​commerce. Ryder graduated cum laude from Claremont McKenna College with dual degrees in Politics-​Philosophy-​Economics and Economics and currently serves as President of the 10,000 member Alumni Association.
