I worked with Denise and Daniel for several months via email while working on my credit after a BK last year and gaining a comfort level with a higher car payment. Never once did they pressure me or disregard my stupid comments and questions. I wasn’t ready yet but then I got rear ended a few weeks ago and had to buy a car. Daniel sent a porter to get the car I wanted at another dealer. He also helped detail it… which was like an hour or so. Got to Carl in finance… Super cool and no pressure to add this and that. Aaron in service handled the leather install perfectly. If you don’t want to move up to the next level and payment consider the after market leather. Its better than stock anyway. Thanks TC! I’ll be back… BTW this is a real and legit review. I didn’t gain anything by posting this.

My husband and I were looking for a crossover/​small suv to replace our convertible before our baby arrives. Steven at Tuttle Click Mazda helped us find just what we were looking for and was able to get it for us in the price range we wanted to keep it in. He was super friendly and helpful, as was Carl when it came to signing all the financial docs. We were there kind of late at night and Carl kept us entertained during all the paper signing. I would definitely refer friends and family here. Oh, and we absolutely love our Mazda CX-​5 Grand Touring. Such a great deal for everything we were looking for!

I wanted to compare the BRZ to the Miata so I can make an informed decision, and our sales person Mo (Mohammed Hadaeethi is his full name) was SO friendly and helpful and didn’t pressure but just let us enjoy the car. Yes, it’s true. It was an easy, painless experience. Nick and I worked out the details on the phone. I secretly expected him to change the numbers around before I got to the dealership. But it turns out the deal was the deal (you know, like it SHOULD be). Nick was fair, easy to work with and friendly. Glenn was also great at explaining everything we needed to know about our new CX5. I really enjoyed working with these 2 and Carl, the finance guy (funny and thorough!) I can’t recommend these guys enough. Also, the car is awesome too.

I cannot tell you how much I loved my experience buying my new Mazda3. First off I’ll say that this was not my first stop. I was already working with someone from Tustin mazda in regards to vehicle info and I was planning on purchasing there. Long story short I had to negotiate them (Tustin) down to a decent price. I was prepped to go into finance but luckily I remembered a friend of mine had mentioned his brothers experience with Daniel Nguyen from Tuttle click Mazda and so I decided to call him while waiting. I told Daniel the details of my deal and he right there on the spot quoted me his price saving me over $ 1000. I gave Tustin mazda a chance to match but they wouldn’t. I left and headed straight over to TCM where I met Daniel and he honored everything he had said over the phone. He even went out if his way to retrieve the vehicle in Corona since they didn’t have it in stock. All I can say is great job Daniel and great job Tuttle Click! Will be referring all friends and family to Daniel from now on.

I just leased a new Mazda CX-​5 and love it. Tuttle-​Click Mazda was fantastic across the board from sales to financing. I worked with a salesman named Bill Ferguson. He worked me for a few days to get the price I was comfortable with. He was patient with me as I shopped around pricing with other dealers. He was always responsive and professional. I decided to go with Tuttle-​Click in the end because they had the best prices and were great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about buying or leasing a Mazda.
There are lots of options out there when buying a car. We decided to try Tuttle Click Mazda, specifically because they were a AAA certified dealer, after a less than desirable experience at a VW dealership that was a located a couple miles from my house.
Daniel Nguyen was our dealer, and was just absolutely the most efficient, personable, and pain free car dealer I’ve ever encountered. JR was our finance guy, and he was fast and efficient too! The car color we wanted was not available on the lot, but Daniel had one ordered and ready for us in less than 24 hours. He took the time to teach my daughter everything manually about her new CX-​3; which we so very appreciate! This was easily the best, and easiest car buying experience I have ever encountered, thank you so much Daniel, JR and Tuttle Click Mazda, it was worth the drive!!!

I had previously went to another Mazda dealer closer to my home and was not very satisfied by their service so I decided to go to Tuttle –Click Mazda. After researching for weeks, I decided to get a Mazda 3 as my new car. Tuttle-​Click was near where I live, and I like convenience, so I went there. My brother came with me (thankfully he did, it was my first time buying a car) – he has a lot of experience dealing with cars.
Denise, our salesman (in this case, saleswoman), gave me a good quote for the car and made the experience pleasant. She didn’t seem pushy nor belligerent and was polite. So if there’s a salesperson to go to, Denise would be a good choice.
The dealership building itself had a cordial vibe, so I felt right at home. They were serving free hot dogs, hamburgers, and coffee on the Saturday that I went.
All in all, I had a good experience and recommend it to anyone interested test-​driving or buying Mazdas.

I purchased my car two months ago from Daniel Nguyen. He was an incredible salesman that listened to all of our wants and needs. He was also extremely patient with my husband and I.
About a month later I went in for my 5kmile checkup and Daniel noticed that my car had stains on it. At the time I was in a rush and was unable to wait for them to clean up the stains so they simply suggested coming back during the week when the time is right. Of course I chose a Sunday when the maintainer office is closed so Daniel took it upon himself to take out the equipment and personally clean my car for me.

Let me start by just saying that this place is awesome.
So many great things I don’t even know where to start…
Daniel made this a personal experience giving me his cell phone to contact him with questions.
The location also was very flexible and accommodating in letting me take multiple test drives and handled a lot of requests I had.
Daniel was really chill and wasn’t pushy at all. He gave me his honest opinion and wasn’t just trying to make me spend more and really gave me a great deal and even went out of his way to give me an even better deal than what we had discussed before I came in!
He explained all the features clearly and took the time to answer any questions I had and gave me time to make a decision.
No doubt in my mind that I would do this again here. The staff, the price, and the overall experience was just awesome

Went here twice. Once for my wife – last year she was looking for a 5-​door Mazda 3 and somehow we got stuck with a sales person in training The time it took for the sales person to go back and forth with the manager about our trade-​in helped us make the decision to go with another dealership.
Fast forward to this past week — I called Tuttle Click Mazda on a Wednesday morning, was put on hold for a few minutes, and the guy who picked up asked me why I was calling (I was looking for a black on black CX-​5) and then proceeded to tell me all the staff were in training and he would call me back. This was at 10am. I then called Tustin Mazda, spoke with their sales team, they located a car for me, told me to come in that night, and they had everything ready to go and even greeted me in the parking lot. This was all done before Tuttle Click Mazda decided to call me back at 510pm that night.
I’m actually thankful for them losing my business because it’s been an awesome experience at Tustin Mazda.

DENISE BOGAR in sales Came to my rescue when I contacted Tuttle Click Mazda via online after I had been searching for a white mazda3 5 door S touring for almost 7 WEEKS! I got a quick response and a phone call from Denise only 30 minutes within my inquiry.
I explained to her my awful experiences at the other Mazda dealerships in Orange County and LA county. I went to 6 dealerships and test drove the car 4 times ready to sit down and make a deal with anyone who would give me a reasonable offer and every dealership was a huge disappointment with hidden fees, and terrible customer service. Cash in my pocket ready to buy and no one wanted to make a deal!
Until Denise! She gave me a quick quote over the phone that beat every single dealership and I had to come see her right away. Also she had my white Mazda that was so difficult to find! The last of its kind.
Long story short Denise was a huge blessing and made buying a car so much fun and such a breeze. She is so sweet and honest and you know what that’s all people want! People want the bottom line deal and great customer service and Denise did all that and more.

The dealership as a whole is new and clean feeling, great staff everywhere. I made my appointment right away with the service staff for my first oil change!
Nick in financing handled all my paperwork & credit stuff and he gave me such a good understanding on what an extended warranty is and covers and he got me to sign for an extended 7 year bumper to bumper warranty and I know I made a great choice! He’s very personable and we had a good laugh!

I came here with my buddy to help him buy a new 2015, Mazda 3. Our salesman, Daniel, was a great guy-​he answered all of our questions and he had a great attitude (even after all of our hardball bargaining tactics). The sales manager, Chris, did his best to help us out on price, and we ended up with a great deal. The finance manager, JR, was a lot of fun; I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so much during a contract signing lol.
These guys stayed way after closing to make sure we got our deal done; top notch service for sure. Daniel, our salesman, even took his time to schedule my buddies first service, show him around the dealership, and introduce him to all the available features in his new car.

I just purchased my first NEW car here. I was pretty much traumatized from driving a used car before. So I decided to buy a new one. Daniel was really helpful and very patient. He will ask you about your car needs, and he will try his best to find a car that would fit in your budget. He is not pushy at all, and he is single. Yes ladies. Get it.
I got the Mazda3 i touring with the extended warranty. Some might say «why get the warranty! It’s a ripped off!» However, I got the warranty because I am planning to keep this car for a very long time. If I could pass it along to my great, great, grand kids, as a family inheritance, I would definitely do it. ANYWAYS, I am also a type of person who wants to have a peace of mind while driving in the freeway. If you are tired of getting surprised car repair bills like me, getting an extended warranty might work for you. I definitely see it as an investment.
Nick gave us an exceptional service as well. He explained and answered our questions in a very patient manner. He was not pushy at all, and he was very friendly. Mind you, it was Super Bowl Sunday, and he was stuck with us. That, ladies and gentlemen, is a 5 stars customer service.
Overall, it was a stupendous service! I recommend to definitely check it out if you are looking for a brand new ride! Or if you are single… then. um… Daniel is there too.
