We come to you for onsite support; no need for you to unplug everything and drive anywhere. We pride ourselves on honesty, reliability and knowledge. Unbreakable Solutions will also help you grow your business by making you work smarter and more efficiently using onsite servers or cloud services. We can help you achieve HIPAA, PCI or FINRA compliance.

We have provided IT support for Southern California businesses and residential customers for over 10 years. While we have grown well, we still treat every customer like they are our only one.

Derrick has helped me with with my computer needs for 4 years. He’s always quick to respond to my questions and does not talk down to you like other computer guys. He can even pop into my computer remotely if I have a small problem. I feel confident he will fix any issue I have!

I was referred to Derrick by a friend after we were hacked at my office.
Derrick consulted us on backup solutions both hardware and offsite via the cloud.
After being hit with a Crypto Lock we had to come up with a solution that would prevent us from paying ransoms and something that would allow for any theft or mass system crashes.
Giving us a full explanation of options that varied in price we went with one that was affordable but reasonable for the company.

I’ve used Derrick as my go-​to IT resource for my business the last 3 years and cannot recommend him enough. He’s helped me scale my needs from 2 employee workstations to 5 including remote logins, VOIP phones, a central server, wirelessly networked printers, etc. In addition to being available for scheduled maintenance appointments, he utilizes remote login capability to troubleshoot us digitally in the case of any tech emergencies. This has been of HUGE help to us & is also very efficient for billing purposes (minimizes his billable time — great for a business!). I also find him to be extremely accessible, rapidly responding to emails and always answering his phone. He also recently helped us relocate our entire office system from Orange County to Los Angeles. When we encountered issues with our internet provider on the move date, he helped us devise an interim plan for biz operations & then came back to help complete setup upon final line install.

Derrick helped me expand my growing photography business over the past year. He helped me select a powerful computer that is perfect for handling the massive amounts of data that’s required for processing photos and videos. He also recommended a Synology NAS that I use to store my work (lots of data!) and has me doubled backed up, in the cloud and local. Finally, he set me up so I can access my work from anywhere while I’m on the road (including access from my phone and laptops). To keep my budget at bay and to support my small business, Derrick was kind enough to let me purchase the equipment directly from Amazon and only be charged for labor. He has always been available to answer any tech support questions as they arise and is extremely knowledgable in his work. I definitely recommend Derrick and plan on keeping him as part of my team as my business expands!

I was going to bring my lap top to these people and when I called, Derrick was super helpful! since my laptop is older and a bit cheap he just recommended me to back up all my important documents and buy a new one. He didn’t think that a tune up would be much help on the speed. he could have ripped me off at $ 110/​hrs but he was honest and provide me with 10 minutes of info over the phone! it’s nice to know there are honest people still out there! Derrick was super nice! Hope your business grows, thanks for the help!

I have been using Unbreakable Solutions and Derrick for my IT business computer services for approximately 8 months now. He set my company up on a new server and migrated the data and programs over seamlessly in the agreed upon time and budget. During the migration he also recommended backup and cloud solutions for my business which I appreciated and implemented.

I recently was in the SoCal area, and I was having some major trouble
with my laptop and iPad. The two wouldn’t sync, no matter how many
times I tried to restart either device. Based on a friend’s rec I
called Unbreakable Solutions, and Derrick was super helpful — he
helped me get the syncing working again, and then on top of that, he
cleaned up my computer, installed latest anti virus software, and
helped me get my files automatically backed up each night to the
cloud, so now I don’t have to worry about my files being lost (it’s
happened to me before once when my
hard drive died, bad bad experience).
