Village Market

They have a lot of wine and alcohol and snacks but overpriced. Paying $ 4 for a small latte which was cold snd flavorless!

I love coming to village market. Not only do I get my everyday items from here, but I also get
food (sandwiches, kabob, etc.) It’s so convenient! The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Absolutely love this store and the employees that work there! Everytime i need help picking out a wine, touraj always points me in the right direction! He really knows his stuff! Adrian is always going the extra mile to help me out! Such a hard worker! And the other blonde girl, i think her name is taylor, really knows how to put a smile on my face! The staff and convenience are what really keeps coming back! Keep up the great work guys!!! :]

Love the Village Market, honestly they have just about everything one might need. The staff is helpful and friendly and I’m so glad they are here! I only wish they opened earlier than 8:00am!

I was dropping by a clients condo and noticed the Village Market on the way to the covered parking.
What a surprise!!! Walter was so wonderful. He made me a freshly roasted beef with sun-​dried tomatoes, pesto and cheese grilled sandwich.
It was the best sandwich I have had in ages.
He suggested a moche latte. They serve illy coffee. What a perfect coffee!
I live in Westpark and I’m going back tomorrow morning to get another latte.
What a find.

Touraj is undoubtedly one of the friendliest and knowledgeable managers I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He always goes the extra distance to take care of me and my friends. He’s the guy you go to for recommendations on wine, desserts and all the other wonderful things they sell at that store. His continuous positive attitude and willingness to help have made this store one of my favorite stops.

So great! Very convenient and the staff is SO helpful and nice! LOVE their outdoor food nights… especially Mediterranean Night on Wednesdays! Yeah… their stuff is a little expensive, but it’s expected in a little store that doesn’t order in high quantities. Not a replacement for the supermarket, but definitely perfect for those times when you need a quick snack or ran out of something you need in a hurry.

This is my favorite evening getaway. I get coffee and sit outside on one of the couches under palm trees lit with white lights. It is surreal. The coffee they brew is Illy, my fav, and at $ 1.75 per cup it is a deal! They have espresso drinks and a small deli with made to order sandwiches and salads as well as hot breakfast selections. The grocery section is actually quite extensive for a small convenience type store and the prices on most things are only slightly higher than a typical grocery store. They do have many gourmet selections that of course run higher. Great for the locals, especially.

Came in for a salad. I was not in the mood for the prepackaged salads. I asked them if i can get a garden salad. Even though they don’t have a salad menu, they were happy to make me a custom fresh salad. Remember this is not a restaurant… its a local market. Silvia & Melissa made me one of the best salads I have ever had. They went out of there way to accommodate me. As a business owner, I know that Silvia & Melissa deserve a recognition for going out of their way & making a customer happy! :)

Ally and Walter are such wonderful employees! They are always so pleasant, smiling and welcoming anytime I come in and take the time to remember your name. I love having such a convenient store downstairs from us.

My husband and I checked out this place for breakfast. After we ordered our food and drinks, the owner was reprimanding one of his employees about what free stuff she was giving us (extra cream and sugar) and kept asking the other employee what she was making for us (waffles) as if he was worried she was going to give that away for free, too. He was constantly looking over their shoulders as my husband stood watching him. He was so rude and mean to his employees and it made us uncomfortable to hear him so worried about giving away extra cream and sugar. On top of that our waffles were undone and runny, the panini sandwich was really oily and bland, and the coffee tasted like water. The price was also outrageous for such terrible service from the owner and the quality of the food. We will not return.

Saw this place while skating home, went in for a minute. Place was pretty much a mix of a deli and a 7 – 11. Cashier seemed to be the manager and he was very cordial. I come in all the time for a drink or a sandwich. Place has great snacks too!

For students living in Villa Siena and Toscana Apartments who don’t have a car this place is perfect to buy alcoholic beverages since the «closest» big supermarket that sell alcohol is Ralphs which is not easily reachable using just your feet. Too bad I didn’t discover it sooner.
It’s like the luxury version of a convenience store. And convenient it is, for sure. But also «luxurious» and for that prices are definitely high. And it’s not surprising considering that it’s located under the super fancy condo «The Plaza». But I definitely feel they should cater more towards students since it seems unlikely to me that the Maserati-​driving people living in The Plaza are going to buy snacks to satisfy their munchies here.

Hell yeah! Just moved to Irvine and thought I had to drive miles to find a place like this. They hav everything I need for those times you run out of «stuff». Tonight, my bottle of Jamison ran empty. Luckily they had exactly what I was looking for. To top it all off, this place is only half a block away.

Village Market sells a wide variety of products! It’s like a little mini-​mart right in between all the different condo communities and their prices are not that bad! I’m so happy this place opened up!

This place is amazing!!! Why hasn’t someone thought of this before!!! I have been wanting a place that had beer, wine, and liquor! We are always by the pool and need more liquor\beer. This place has it all! Oh and they have breakfast and lunch food they make for you! And all of this stuff is not overpriced! I am so happy! Thank you to the genius who put this here! We needed it! We at the Watermarke thank you lol! You have to see it to believe it.
