I went to this cheap store today to buy party favored for my 6 year olds birthday. This employee that worked there today, 2÷21÷16, is extremely rude! She was following me and my children around as if we were going to steal some cheap Chinese junk. I felt as though I was being harassed by the female employee. The products are all junk that is bought in wholesale and the way over price it.

Love love love this place! I want so many things here! There is a huge selection of accessories to fine jewelry. I bought a watch today, it’s made with Swarovski crystals and the band is ceramic something. Lady working there was super friendly and helpful. I have an eye on a ring I want to get next time so will definitely be back. Great prices for superior quality!!!

OWNERHASTERRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICESKILLS. Unfortunately, it has trickled down to his salespeople. I purchased a watch in Dec. which broke after two weeks of my purchase. The second hand fell off and got wedged between the long and short hands making it hard for the gears to turn. I went back to the store in January after the hectic holiday season passed. I asked for it to be repaired or exchanged for the same style watch — perhaps the one I purchased was a bad one from the batch. What a run around! After leaving it at the store for a week, I was told they couldn’t do anything because I didn’t have a receipt to prove that I purchased it from them. This was after that same person told me she recognized me and remembered me purchasing it! I told her I didn’t have the receipt because I didn’t expect it to break or that I would need to exchange it. She later told me that they needed a SKU number which was either on the receipt or the price tag of the watch. Who in the world keeps tags of everything the purchased?! The poor delusional girl said her mother does!!! Seriously? Her mother keeps ALL the tags of everything she purchased? She smiled and said«yes». I knew I had to escalate the issue so I spoke to the owner over the phone while I was at the store. He told me that they could not repair it but if I was able to prove I purchased from them, then I would be able to get a store credit. I emailed a screenshot of my on-line banking transactions showing that I made two purchases that day. After two weeks I received voice messages from the salesgirls that they could not repair the watch and that I could pick it up. I was already told this by the owner when I spoke to him two weeks ago! What we were trying to settle on was the store credit! When I came in the store I explained again that I was told I could receive a store credit once my purchase was verified. The copy of the receipt was now with my watch. The salesperson phoned the owner in front of me and she told me I could not receive store credit. I asked to speak to him but was told that he did not want to speak to me. What kind of customer service is that!!! I’m so disappointed that the Spectrum would allow these types of rip-off vendors to operate in their mall. I will never patronize this store and would caution others to do the same.

So many great shops here in California, but White Lie Accessories definitely stands out compared to other accessory shops I’ve been in. Let’s start off with the inventory. They have hundreds if not thousands of unique necklaces, earrings, and bracelets, that really stands out with their sparkle~ everything they carried is so beautiful that it was really hard to make my decision. I must have stayed at least one hour just looking at all their jewelry… Luckily for me the staff were all really patient, friendly, and knowledgeable in their products to help me make the best decision for my budget and even gave awesome gift ideas for the future– they even wrapped my necklace for me! This place is perfect for all occasions– I will definitely stop by here again to get something for my mother when I get back to Georgia. Overall I’m definitely happy to see a place like this. I only wish we had one back home in Georgia :)

Hyper priced on wholesale jewelry you can get in Downtown LA. For example, I’ve seen some of their necklaces go for 25 bucks in Downtown for something they paid for 4.25. BEWARNED. I would have given this store/company a higher rating if the customer service was good or decent… but it was pretty poor. There is a new location in Arcadia… but just keep in mind of the marked up prices and whatever quality.

This place sucks!!! I walked in there thinking how lovely the place was due to its wide selection and I figured the quality wasn’t too great but I didn’t expect it to be THAT bad. I spent $ 35 on a very simple body chain THREEDAYSAGO. I’ve worn it ONCE. it not only broke, but the ENTIRE thing went from gold to black. When I called to complain, the owner told me that the piece was not from Korea but rather China and it was going to tarnish.(The jewelry doesn’t say«made in China» anywhere). My question is then why did you charge $ 35 for such a small piece of jewelry? I’m so shocked that they wouldn’t let me return this piece of crap. I could have spent $ 5 elsewhere if I wanted something that I knew would break and tarnish with one wear

The store is filled with overpriced items. The only reason I give it two stars is because of the helpful nice lady whose always working at the store. It’s owned by a Asian man who is super rude and has horrible customer service and apparently zero patience for potential customers. If he wasn’t involved, I’d prob give the place more of a chance.

A good selection of play jewelry. Just be warned ahead of time that all sales are final. Not really a good thing if you’re buying something for down the road where you might change your mind.
