Great cheap theater! Where else can you get tickets for $ 1.99 each? You can take a family of 4 to the movies, share a large popcorn and large drink for under $ 20. If you want a high end experience go pay $ 18 a ticket at the Spectrum. If you are a family on a budget this is a great place!

I haven’t visit this shopping village since Stein Mart moved away. I used to come to the theater for matinée movies. It is still a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee or shaved ice. There are plenty parking and tables to sit and relax. The sign says a makeover is in progress, not sure what stores are coming.

I definitely feel like this center would have much more success if there were more restaurants here. It’s smack dab in the middle of a great neighborhood; yet, there are literally like 2 restaurants to choose from here. Crank up the business’ and eateries here and I see this place flourishing even more and being a more go-​to spot for locals.

This shopping center is in a nice location with an out-​dated architectural style containing a well-​shaded courtyard (where the temperature can be 10−15*F lower than the stated high) next to North Lake in Woodbridge. This complex has a dollar theater playing older movies, a Barnes & Noble (with the only public restroom), toy store (with a huge display of Bruder Trucks that will get your children screaming for one), a candy shop (that has finely shaved ice) and several offices (dental, medical) for children.
Just to reiterate a point above, there are no public restrooms in this complex other than Barnes & Noble. We visited several times over the weekend to enjoy shaved ice and noticed that there is a bathroom located on the second floor in the courtyard but the door to the area was (and typically is) *locked* — so if you want to spend a lot of time here, you have a few choices: wear diapers, be prepared to enter an unsanitary port-​a-​potty like bathroom in Barnes & Noble or just relieve yourself in your pants. :-)

I have been coming to this place for YEARS. The irony is, back in its heyday, the movie theatre was an Edwards, and movies cost $ 2, and the bargain theatre is selling tickets now for $ 2.
The Barnes & Noble is small, Ruby’s is nice, and the Assi Market is bright and a fun place to shop for produce.
This is still a sleepy shopping center in general. The Assi Market is worth the trip.
