Workbridge is a very professional company that really knows how to treat you well and get the job done. They are the most thorough agency I have had the pleasure of meeting. Will was the recruiter who I spoke to and he got me an interview with an IT company. He briefed me on the company and the role. My skills were a great match and on the interview day, he was there to meet me and prep me for it. After the interview, he called me to ask how it went and then called me again for the final interview round. After that, he hinted that the company was most interested in my experience and what I’d bring to the table.
Will really went above and beyond my expectations to get me a great offer, which was exactly what I was looking for. I’ve never dealt with such a communicative, thorough recruiter who goes out of their way to land you not only a job, but a worthy career. Thanks to Workbridge and Will, I love where I work, my new position, and my new colleagues!

Once you’re in with this team of people, you’ll get a taste of what it’s like to be the client of a sports or acting agent. They aren’t just a, «Toss your resume to the wind and see what sticks», type of agency. They really want to make sure they have the best people to offer their clients and (what should be obvious to many agencies) they also make sure that they put you in touch with a team where you feel that you can be happy.
The fact that Workbridge Associates just won’t toss your resume indiscriminately is due to the fact that they perform the leg work to get to know the hiring manager, company cultures and as well as the caveats that come with each hiring company. Because of this, they also do the leg work in learning about you. It’s only fair after all, so that they can prepare and present you in a the best way possible to the right team. I mention that, because you give up an hour of your time at the beginning to go meet the folks at Workbridge and let them get to know you.
I had some weird hiccups during my job search this time around. I kept getting «ghosted» (communication would stop with no explanation as to why) by companies with which I was interviewing. A wonderful phone screen would be followed by a request for dates to do an onsite interview; only to be followed with a notification that the position had been filled. This was what I experienced on my own.
When I worked with Max at Workbridge, he kept me in the loop on what was going on. He knew when things were going well and he got feedback from the hiring managers when things didn’t go well. In fact, Max was actually able to get feedback from interviews that went on via other headhunters!
During my job search, I was able to get three onsite interviews via Max and the team at workbridge. Max prepped me for each with everything I needed to know about the client and there were never any surprises. Sure, I had to do my job of performing well in order to get the job, but I knew the type of interview to expect and had good background on the people on the interview team. Utlimately Max was able to ensure that I got the same great salary that I had at the company at which I worked, prior to my layoff. He was able to communicate the value I bring to an org and was able to give feedback from my references (yes, they check references at workbridge at the beginning of your search with them… so no surprises there either).
Anyway, long story short — I highly recommend the team at Workbridge Associates. They will keep plugging away for you, because once they take you on, it’s because they believe in you… and that’s how they sell you to their clients on the hiring side. Great job folks!

I’m often skeptical about services with a suspiciously high average rating of 4.5+ stars on Unilocal.Workbridge, however, is one of those rare companies that truly deserves the glowing reviews.
I’ve worked with several employment agencies and recruiters in both Los Angeles and Orange County. Some were boutique agencies whilst others were nationally renowned. Almost all of them disappointed me– in that the recruiters were *usually* genial, but leads never resulted in anything further than a phone screening with the client– but Workbridge is the exception.
Of course, I’m not going to say that this agency will perform miracles or anything– you need an appropriate skill set and the Workbridge recruiters will do their best to place you in a suitable role.
So here’s the tale of my Workbridge journey:
I initially applied for one of Workbridge’s LA-​based positions via LinkedIn, and I was contacted by a recruiter from the Boston branch. The frequency of communication and updates from that recruiter was spotty at best, but I figured she was probably busy with more local candidates (we probably communicated around 3 times over the course of a month; I initiated 1 follow up). Unfortunately, that role wasn’t meant to be since the company placed the position on hold (something about company restructuring).
Anywho, fast forward a month and I applied for another Workbridge position that I found via Indeed. Within a day or 2, the recruiter who posted that position named Will L. called me to conduct a quick phone screening. He deemed me fit for the position and submitted my application to the client.
A couple days later, Will called me with good news– the client wanted to conduct an in-​person interview at the Workbridge office in Irvine! So on the day of that interview, I met Will, his manager (I believe his name’s Miles), and a few other recruiters (they were all really affable and efficient). Will briefly prepped me for my interview by telling me what to expect from my interviewer, and what to say/​do (e.g. ask a lot of questions, maintain eye contact when talking, etc.).
Thanks to Will’s advice, I advanced to the second on-​site interview at the client’s HQ. Will once again helped me prep. Fortunately, I did well enough during this interview that I was offered the job within that week! I would say that the turnaround time from when I applied for the position to the offer was about 2 weeks (it was super quick).
Will’s probably the best recruiter I’ve worked with. He has superb communication skills– he responded to my emails and calls within 24 hours– and always made sure that I was prepared for my interviews by giving me useful tips and reminders.
So with all that said, I’m profoundly grateful to my recruiter Will L. and Workbridge for helping me further my career.
P. S. If you’re looking for a job, just keep in mind that timing is a crucial factor– you never know about the client’s needs (i.e. if the company requires a new hire ASAP), budget, (re)structuring, etc. So when you feel discouraged during your job search, remember that it may not be you (or your recruiter or agency), it may be the client and their issues!

Out of all the recruitment agencies I worked with, Workbridge Associates had the most offerings in the shortest span that aligned with my desires. Katie and Peter were the ones who primarily helped me out, and they were super helpful and communicative; they always responded promptly. They were also impressively knowledgeable about the positions that they had available, which is always confidence inspiring!
Though I ended up taking an offer with a company I applied for directly, I would not hesitate to work with Workbridge Associates again. My only regret is not finding them sooner.

This agency is top marks in every single category. Major shout out to Max Schnepper and Andrew Kim! I reached out to them first and the entire experience was professional. Max was my first contact and an in person interview was immediately set up. The office and way they conduct themselves is very organized and structural.
Please note that this agency is catered more toward the technical fields (CS and engineering degrees). However, even if you don’t have one of those degrees Workbridge will work with you and help you identify your strengths, and hopefully a matching company. I went in expecting a meet and greet but received two interviews the same week.
If you can bring anything to the table, they will do there best to help you. They are proactive, and very communicative. I had a third interview through this agency and I felt like Max was that agent who truly cared through the entire process.
Highly recommended, and an absolute must have agency for those with technical backgrounds!

I worked with Workbridge in finding a position in the software engineering field and was very impressed with the team. Compared to other recruiters, these guys really make an all-​star effort to bring you in, get to know you, find out what you’re looking for, and line up quality jobs opportunities to meet your needs. I was recently unemployed and referred to Workbridge by a co-​worker. Our first meeting was over skype and I got to meet the whole team and get to know eachother (this is more than any other recruitment agency has done).
They were very personal and quickly had job opportunities lined up. The opportunities were properly matched to my pay and skill level. I wasn’t forced to take interviews with companies offering far less than I wanted to make. The team was very active in setting up the interviews and checking in after the interviews.
The very best thing that they do there is run the negotiations for you. They are not shy about you deferring compensation talks to them and allowing you to ask for what you want without the awkwardness. It’s like the little guy gets a sports agent without coughing up the 15% himself.

Not sure how to get these guys to remove my phone number from their system.
