Lots of A/​C companies telling everyone different things. SEER, coils, condensers, evaporators, cost, savings, blah blah blah… David came by after we called in about the 0% finance program. Man, this dude knows his stuff, but he also holds the ability to explain that stuff in ‘human’. Alan was working with him to get measurements and technical data so we didn’t have to wait for all that. In the end, after promises of great service (quite cliché’ these days), we got exactly what we wanted and what was promised. 16 year warranty, but more importantly– an install crew (I think led by Miguel) who smelled good (or at least not bad), covered shoes, laid tarps, and hung the unit so as not to put screws in the frame. Afterwards, thorough review of docs and warranty, service, etc. And lastly another follow up one month later by another tech who smelled good and covered his feet– checking all units, readings, performance, etc. definitely above and beyond. Highly recommend!
