Run. Huge crime issue and all that the property management works on doing is scrapping it under the rug and arguing with residents. Don’t lease here. You will regret it.
Update: not only does the office staff refuse to alert residents when incidents occur, but the company recently removed the «community share» ability on the resident portal that would otherwise allow other residents to provide community alerts. Now your neighbors can have their cars vandalized and homes broken into without notice.
Poor management. And the corporate office just plays everything off like a PR scam. I think the only thing I am less impressed with is the Irving police department. Definitely not your top caliber officers or investigators. Their response has been «crime like this happens everywhere and we can never resolve it so what makes these incidents any different?»

Beautiful resort like living.
I have lived in Big cities: DC, NYC and Chicago. Medium cities: Bridgeport, CT, New Brunswick, NJ and small cities: Union Pier, MI, New Buffalo, MI and Rehoboth Beach, DE.
Campion trail offers amenities that dollar for dollar is the best value of anywhere I’ve lived.
We moved to Dallas a year ago and «interviewed» properties and their teams.
We clicked with the Campion Trail team and they continue to deliver!
A Dog Park, Doggie Drinking Fountain, Paw (doggie wash) Wash, Java lounge with complimentary fresh ground Starbucks®, 3 iMacs and 3 PC’s. The Gym-​Stunning! I don’t use it but I like to brag about it…
Food Truck Tuesdays with live music in the summer months. They’ve surprised us with breakfast sandwiches as we leave for work and donuts & cupcakes when they partner with local businesses. At back to school time the AMLI team hosted a «Back-​to-​Pool» BBQ and we all donated BTS school supplies for a local elementary school. A catered Friendsgiving Dinner and that’s only the perks.
We have really nice neighbors! We’re younger & older, established & starting out. We’re not just black or white, we’re the everything in between.
So, Thank you Amanda, Telecia, Deric, Chris, Stephanie and the rest of the AMLI team. you’re good people who not only have pride in your profession but work hard at building a community.
p. s. I’ve read a few reviews here regarding safety and security. Crime is an unfortunate reality in a fast growing developing community. Dallas and Las Colinas are under constant construction with 400+ apartment unit communities being finished every day. We have movers, landscapers, decorators, tenants and their friends, painters, deliveries, electricians, caterers and every other service one can imagine in a concentrated area during a condensed time period. This will level out.
In the mean time, The AMLI team has, and continues to respond to this situation.

I enjoy living here. Love the amenities and love the staff. I’ve renewed my lease for another year because this place rocks!
I think the staff has addressed the recent break-​ins with great concern. They not only held a town hall with local police enforcement, but they instituted new parking regulations, they’ve fixed every entry way, and the codes are working great again with the communication to the phones.
I would suggest be wary at all times, lock your homes and cars when you leave them unattended, even if it’s for a short walk with your dog. As far as I am concerned, if we had 3 break-​ins, the other communities must have had even more, considering the lack of security in their apartment communities.
In the meantime, it’s nearly summer, so enjoy it! I see many of my neighbors who have already started going to the pool having a phenomenal time, which makes me think I have to start using our lovely gym again!

My husband and I moved into Campion Trail after touring several established and brand new communities. You couldn’t beat the amenities and the staff definitely stood out. With anything under construction there has been growing pains (fire alarms… break ins) but theres a certain amount of issues that are to be expected with a brand new community. Anytime I have had a concern management was very patient and addressed them. Im sure they want the crime to cease as much as we do. I love the social aspects of the community that allow me to connect with neighbors. Once the police stop the break ins ill be able to give 5 stars.

Just moved into AMLI Campion Trail three weeks ago. I am unable to sleep at night with the constant fear that I am next. I am referring to a repeating string of break ins in the apartment homes with crow bars and several auto theft incidents. I do not feel that AMLI staff and corporate are taking this matter seriously. They have yet to send out a letter addressing the situation, nor have they made any changes to security other than extra patrol cars (which have not stopped the recurring incidents). The property is not gated and across the way from a large, publicly wooded area. Past the woods is a mix of ‘not so neighborhood appropriate’ crowds. The gates to the parking garages are open for long periods of time for anyone to enter. The external doors to the building have mesh styled doors that can be pushed in with many objects, and AMLI has yet to offer an alarm system. For now, AMLI is negligent and this property is not safe. I definitely have regrets moving here and wouldn’t wish this uneasy feeling I bear upon anyone.

***ATTENTION: HUGE COMMUNITY SAFETY PROBLEM***
Residents, including myself, feel scared and threatened living here due to a string of burglaries and break-​ins to several different apartments.
We have lived here since December and there have been 3 separate incidents where apartments have been burglarized and multiple cars have been broken into.
Just last week there was an apartment that was broken into where the thieves got in by breaking the lock with a crowbar. The management did not even send out any communication regarding this incident.
There are no camera’s in the parking garage or the hallways to prevent such incidents, and people are able to gain access through the garage extremely easily. There’s little to no regard for community safety.
If you’re thinking about renting here, I strongly urge you not to do so until safety concerns are dealt with — as this is current an unsafe community to live in.

This is by far the best community I’ve ever lived in. I moved here from a horrible Amli community in California. I love the attention the office gives me every time I come or call the office. Best choice ice ever made! My apartment is perfect since I downsized and the amenities are perfect!

My husband and I just moved into AMLI Campion Trail and we couldn’t be happier! Coming from a different upscale, luxury complex, we thought we knew what «great» apartment living was. However, AMLI Campion Trail has exceeded our expectations!
PROS
–The amenities are great! My favorite is the gym. They have an extensive array of cardio machines (elliptical, treadmill, etc) and free weights! I love working out here and it’s definitely the nicest gym I’ve used. There is «Fitness On Demand» as well which allows you to exercise to a TV workout routine. Also, the drinking fountain in the gym has a water-​bottle filling station.
Other great amenities include: Starbucks coffee, MAC and PC computer business center, paw wash, conference room, gorgeous pools, and community laundry room if you don’t have a washer/​dryer in your apartment.
–Valet trash is amazing! We had been hesitant about this feature as we had read other apartment complex problems with the smell. However, here at Campion Trail residents only set out their trash once or twice a week, so it’s never congested with trash. As well, the building structure allows for great fresh air ventilation which would immediately remove any trash stench if ever the case. No smell + great convenience= amazing!
–Maintenance in 48 hour guarantee! We’ve only had one maintenance issue since we’ve been here-​and maintenance was here within 48 hours, fixed our problem, and we never had any more issues again!
–The showers are my favorite feature about the unit itself. They have GREAT water pressure and the hot water comes out right away. At previous apartment complex, the hot water took forever, causing waste of water and harming our environment. Fortunately, I don’t have to worry about that here!
–Last but not least, the management is so, so nice and accommodating! They are always there to help you and make it the best experience for you. They are open to suggestions and set up great community events. If you are looking for management you can trust, this is it.
It’s beautiful here. It’s very new, great quality, and friendly! Way to go Campion Trail!

Wow, this place is so nice. The leasing staff are so responsive and really go out of the way to make you feel at home. Maitenance came less than 24 hours after submitting a small request and even fixed something I thought was cosmetic. I am so impressed. After moving from a luxury highrise, my standards were high, but I have been pleased! And like others have said, the proximity to the Dart rail is awesome. More complexes should model themselves after this place! Thanks guys.

We haven’t lived in an apartment in years… So we thought returning to an apartment while we transition to our next build would be tough. AMLI Campion Trail is the perfect place for us right now. Beautiful area and scenery. Every time I need something repaired or looked at they do it within 2 days. Amenities are great — especially the gym! Hope they keep this up once fully occupied but so far we have no complaints.

Returning to apartment life after 10 years and this place has a lot to offer — proximity to DART Rail, wicked resort-​style, pool, modern look and feel and an active social calendar (champagne brunch and food trucks to name a couple). I love the central location in DFW and walks around Lake Carolyn is a pleasant bonus.
The staff here are committed to excellence and are all friendly and supportive. Good community feel and something for every type of demographic here.

Amli Campion Trail is best apartment complex out of all the Amli communities and in the Las Colinas area.
The leasing staff are always friendly and helpful, specifically Deric Veal. Deric was very patient with us during the application process and answered all of our questions.
Awesome amenities: resort style pool, valet trash, nice gym, free Starbucks coffee, etc.
Best location. We are conveniently located by the Dart Rail, which goes to the Dallas Airport and downtown Dallas. We also have the lake, which is an awesome place to just chill and go for a nice run. Finally, there’s the trail, which is perfect for a nice bike ride. There’s so much to do around here.
Happy with our decision to move here. We love our new apartment.

I have absolutely loved living at Amli Campion Trail! The staff is very helpful and friendly, and there are the best amenities. The pool is absolutely beautiful, and I use the gym and Starbucks coffee machine every day! I also love the computers and free printing, as well as all of the fun events that are put on at least once a week for residents! My apartment is beautiful and I love living here!

Amli Campion Trail has been by far the best community I’ve lived it since I moved to Dallas 11 years ago. From the day that I contacted them while they were still under construction, the experience has been great.
Stephanie and her staff have been very helpful from my move in date until present. They are always willing and happy to assist with any questions or concerns that I may have.
If you are looking for a great community and location, this is the place to be.
