I think that most can agree that not ALL people see eye to eye on things and we truly tried to do this but could not come to an agreement. It’s OK not to see eye to eye with all customers, and it’s also OK to part ways in a professional manner. In addition, according to the refund, money WAS refunded back INFULL after 7 weeks of an 8-week program that produced results. This was around a taste of the product issue, which we have never had before. We felt compelled to go against our policy due to legal threats and harassments. A disagreement does not equate to a SCAM. 3) Weight loss is a dedicated process where 80% is the actual patients themselves losing the weight, not the clinic. All we can do is provide patients with the proper process and if it’s not followed desired results will not be achieved. We have over a 90% success rate with our weight loss programs, which are great odds being that the patient outside of the clinic does 80% of the work. 4) We are backed and trusted by all local ISD programs, we speak at over 30 fortune 500&1000 corporations on weight loss, nutrition, stress management, ergonomics, fitness, neuropathy, heart disease, diabetes, and more.
