This location is usually packed around 12 noon… despite the long lines this is still my favorite restaurant to grab lunch.

Placed my order online and went in person to pick it up. The restaurant was pretty clean considering it was lunch time and they were packed. My order was ready for me when I arrived and still fresh. There were plenty of people working so the line was moving pretty swiftly. The only headache here is parking — but after you tackle that you can conquer the world!

I’ve visited this location over the past 10 years… The past 2 years I have avoided this particular location as a result of multiple disappointments at This particular faculty. Let me count the ways: Parking sucks. Plain & simple. With one entrance from Beltline, it is easily jammed and impolite drivers make the experience truly worse. Service sucks. It doesn’t matter what the staff is. They don’t listen to your order and end up asking you several times to repeat yourself. Why not just listen the first time? Their just plain lazy. I once watched an employee spoon guacamole into a cup for about 2 – 3 minutes. As did the rest of the line. Act like you have a goal — completing the order. Rolling sucks. They always screw up rolling the burrito. They either don’t close it all the way and try to stuff foil around it, like I wouldn’t notice. Or they don’t use enough foil, or they bust the tortilla and double wrap it. All I know is they mess it up each and every time. Each. And. Every. Time. Condiment bar is sloppy. When it is actually stocked and not empty, particularly the lemons, it is still dirty. And a mess. And usually out of sweet tea. And they give you attitude if you mention it to them. I literally avoid this location unless I’m very especially lazy or tired to where I just have to stop by this one on the way home. USUALLY however, I will drive to the MacArthur location or the O’Connor location which is much better. I’ll even travel to the Collins location in ARLINGTON before stopping here unless I’m absolutely desperate. *note: I actually stopped here about a week ago which prompted me to finally write this review. The crappy staff I avoided like the plague has been replaced with new staff members, but to my disappointment that didn’t correct the several things wrong with this location.

I live very close to this location and I will go over to the location off of 114 just so I can avoid coming here. They are constantly out of meat and can’t ever time anything properly. I’ve worked in fast food and these people working here are typical young adults with no supervision. There was one time I came here and there was a separate line going for people that wanted steak because it wasn’t going to be ready for another 10 minutes. In addition, the parking is just horrible! There’s only one way in and out and you can’t park anywhere else because that store WILL have you towed. Overall, go somewhere else in Irving or try the location off of 114.

I swear chipotle really needs to adjust some things. Rice is always undercooked and everything is like room temperature. I feel like there’s some health code violations alone with the temperature of the food. The flavor is okay but I think Freebirds is better all around.

This was my first time trying Chipotle. It’s my new favorite! I went during the evening so parking was good. I’ll be back

Consider yourself lucky if you find a parking space. (DONOTPARKNEXTDOORATTHEGASSTATION) This location is in the perfect location which only means it’s busy. The lines can be long and the servers move your through the line quick and fast like cattle. They are so quick to get you through the line, they totally miss the mark on customer service. Seems like only one person can check people out… so if they move off the line… everyone waits. What grinds my gears the most is when the server yells over the people in front of them to try to get the order started front the customers waiting in line. That’s the worst. If the parking lot is full, I go somewhere else. If the service is poor while waiting in line, I go somewhere else. If it looks dirty, unclean tables… I go somewhere else.

Poor service as they don’t listen to anyone, continuous shouting at the top of their lungs since the dance music is blaring over the speakers. Takes 3 people to check people out. Tables dirty and trash everywhere. Soda Bar and silverware area is gross and unclean. No napkins available or anything.

WORST experience. My family went on a Sunday. We ordered meals to go. The employees spoke so fast I could not even understand them, and English is my native language. they put together a child’s quesadilla mashed it in tinfoil so that when we got home and we tried to open it tinfoil was in the cheese and we were left with this hardened flattened tortilla. They provided no napkins or silverware. The restaurant was loud and dirty. The staff created a chaotic experience busy talking to themselves they did not take care of their customers. We will never return to this Chipotle.

One of the best Chipotles ever!!! I love this place! Everyone has their bad days, there is prolly one girl up there who never smiles and never fixes your food how you ask her to do it. But they have a really good manager and when I made a complaint he handled it very well and even gave me a free meal. Kudos to that manager. Sometimes they just need to slow down and listen to how we want our food BUT other then that love this place. Good job!!!

Love Chipotle as a chain, in general. This location’s service is pretty decent. Only real problem, as everyone else already mentions, is parking. The lot is tiny. It’s usually not a huge problem for me unless it’s a really busy meal hour.

This location is just stupid busy. The parking lot can not accommodate the flow what so ever. Both establishments on each side have signs posted that your vehicle will be towed if you park on their property. Then if you are lucky to get a parking spot you get to look forward to a long line with only 3 people working the line. Let’s not forget the one idiot who likes to have multiple orders done right there on the spot when they could of easily ordered online and picked up at the cash register. Avoid location.

This has to be one of my favorite healthy fast food places. Dine in or carry out. You choose the food from the serving line. There are many options since you make all the choices. It is great for lunch or dinner. HEALTHYCHOICES!

Chipotle is yummy, bottom line. This location has been out of things like cheese, crunchy taco shells, etc, that’s no good.

This place needs better management. The employees are always talking amongst each other so you could be telling them your order and I guarentee youll have to repeat it over and over. Another thing is they are very sloppy when they make your food and thats always unappealing. Ever heard of making it with love? I tried out their pick up tonight and it was just as bad. I showed up to pick up my order that still hadn’t been put together. I was then asked to be seated and wait for ten minutes as the line fluxuated and eventually diminshed so they could get around to my order. This place is close and convenient but too much of a headache to deal with.

I love Chipotle! But as previous reviews have pointed out, the portions of this particular Chipotle are much smaller than what most of us are use to. However, the worst part of this establishment was the rude staff – specifically the girl(whom seemed to be the manager because she was telling the others what to do) had such a bad attitude. I asked if they had more lettuce(as the one I was served was basically yellow and white). She rudely answered that it just looked like that because of the way it was cut. Really? The way it was cut? It was yellow and white because of the way it was cut? Um, no. She could’ve just politely said no. Customer service is everything when you’re trying to make a good impression and trying to uphold a good name.

I’m addicted to chipotle and love it every time… But with this one, GETMOREPARKING. Only one way in and out, always a traffic jam just to get in. I’ve left several times solely because there isn’t anywhere to park.

Crank, whirrr, crank… I could observe a white van backing precariously out of the Chipotle parking lot to do a complete 90 degree turn while a woman in a sedan frustratingly waits to leave the only way she knew how — one way. This Chipotle definitely has parking lot parking problems but I arrived fairly before the evening rush crowd came in — and for what seemed like 15 minutes people — the same people –who were in line– were still in line. Anyway while there I notice they cook the steak medium rare which was odd. The pieces of meat looked almost bloody! The steak salad turned out fine though with all the other ingredients to make up for it. It was a good deal and I ordered a drink from the fountain this time. I lost my expensive phone here at this location the same day but lucky an employee returned it and I gave them extra tip.

This location is messy/dirty and the customer service is mediocre. The parking lot is small and is a one way in and one way out lot. It’s always a pain getting in and out at this location
